What Conrad fails to understand from his previous success is the fact that anime analysis is a much broader niche compared to MLP. Tapping into anitube circa 2014 was great timing, but I was under the impression as one of his new fans during his peak years that he was conscious of this rebranding from the start, rather than what we see now. He thinks he can employ the same slash-and-burn approach to his channel as many times as he sees fit just because it paid off enormously the first time.-Digi believes that his views and income will increase from here. He believes that he is in an audience transition lull, like how his audience transitioned from MLP to anime. (highly doubtful)
Basically he thinks he's a marketing genius because he hit lighting in a bottle.
