Yo, biggest fucking ups to Third_World_Detractor for the great ideas to track Super Chats, I've made some basic changes to the spreadsheet in the YouTube section to start accounting for Super Chats and memberships (starting with last night's stream, will need to find some time to manually add in the the YouTube shit from the two streams prior). I have no idea how Python works but was able to get the chat_downloader script running on my laptop so should be able to start logging upcoming streams (not sure if there is any way to automate this process for when I'm not home).

Also, shoutout to the beautiful and gorgeous Lyciversoul for his comeback anal scene with DSP, $40 blown just for the last night's stream, I'm sure much more to come.

Edit: I'm also going to explicitly note YouTube's 30% cut from Super Chats, so that if this fat fuck ever comes across the spreadsheet he can see exactly how much of his precious JPEG money Google has siphoned off

I'm watching the TIHYDP of RE: Village and I know this is going to be me late to the party but christ on a cross is he really unfun to watch play "scary" games. Doesn't get into it, can't shut the fuck up for a few seconds to let the atmosphere in to breathe, and worst/best of all we get appearances by my favorite Phil, Expertsydephil. Probably my favorite thing about his whole fucking RE: Village bitching has been how he doesn't get how the vampire femdoms can turn into bugs. Tries going into how the older RE games would mutate you and turn you into a zombie, but he just doesn't get how they could turn something into bugs, because scientifically speaking, mutating something like Nemesis or the guy from RE2 makes more sense.

First off, it's fantasy, straight up pure fantasy. if we are going to talk about RE in any sort of serious terms the virus/fungus/STD that umbrella makes is pretty low on my list of questions, pretty high is how the fuck umbrella can afford multiple giant underground facilities to test the virus, and why they have puzzle rooms in their facilities? Why does a police station have puzzle rooms while we are asking questions? To keep their employees entertained while on duty, I guess?

Sorry about getting sidetracked there, but it to me shows more that Phil doesn't get themes, which is more of an indication that he knows nothing about writing and shouldn't try to critique things since he doesn't understand it. They can turn into bugs 1) because nothing says that they CAN'T and 2) it's reflective of their interactions. You have the queen bee in lady Dimitrescu or however its spelled, and her warrior/worker bees. It also plays into how they are blood drinkers, like mosquitos, and is generally an unnerving concept of being able to appear out of thin air.

I want expertsydephil to explain how The Hobbit and LoTR in general don't make sense because we understand how evolution works.

There's a piece of expository lore in a file in I think the basement of the castle that goes into the detail why the daughters are bugs, it also has one of those RE "this piece of information is something no one would write down except for convince to the player" factoids about how to kill them.

I didn't watch the playthrough, while the partner/yt arc is entertaining I've had my fill of SSDD DSP streams and just read the cliff notes. BUT I bet he never reads that or memory holes he read it but spent 30 mins looking at what Mia had made for dinner in the beginning.

Vampirism is commonly linked with disease and infection in media, as are insects. It's really not that big of a leap especially given that disease and infection have been central to the RE series since the first game.

Rimmer actually had a redemption arc and saved the rest of the crew though.

I'm glad I kept reading past the initial post because I was going to say exactly this. Especially in the later seasons Ol' Iron Balls would struggle more and more with his selfish nature because it gave his character some drama and business (and because it was funnier when he failed those tests of mettle). By contrast it is physically impossible for Phil to consider the needs of another human being before his own, which is why nothing will ever convince me that his marriage with Kat is anything other than one of convenience.

Fuzzy Pickles is a reference to Earthbound. Earthbound is a Super Nintendo game from the 90s that Phil likes to reference because he thinks it makes him seem like a totally legit old school retro video game fan. Really though it's a first party Nintendo game that was poorly received at release but has garnered a wide cult following since the dawn of consumer internet bringing autists together to talk about their favorite semi-obscure-but-not-really video games. So yeah, he's aiming at his wheelchair paypigs.

I love me some Earthbound. Truly love it, in that even when the game throws some bullshit at you, and it definitely has its bullshit moments, I laugh it off and just keep playing because that's what you do when you truly love a game, in my opinion.

Every time I see Phil reminisce about how Earthbound is such an amazing game and he loves it, I think about the inevitability that if he were to go back and play it again today, his usual "this game sucks" faggotry comes out full force. We all know Phil and what he thinks and feels every time a game subtly tells him to get good.

Phil doesn't truly enjoy Earthbound. He's just being his usual clout-chasing faggot self. You don't even have to be an Earthbound fanboy autist to smell the pigroach shit from a mile away on that.

Putting aside that this sum is what Phil says he needs just to scrape by, he also regularly doubles the tips goal. Phil truly benefits from having goldfish brained actual retards as fans. Well yeah, the people who support him unironically are literally mentally handicapped, so I don't expect them to be able to understand basic math. I sure as fuck hope they can read, though, so here are some fun facts:

- since getting unpartnered on April 21st, DSP streamed 45 times
- during these 45 streams he received at least $12,227 in cash
- that's $271 on average per stream, which is over a third more than the $200 goal he set (135,5%)
- if I exclude the Mass Effect Begathon ($1,329), the average amount of tips per stream would have been $247, which is still 123,5% of the goal

And remember it was DSP who set this goal of $200 per stream in order for him to "survive" in the same way as if he had still been partnered. The fact he's still using the $200 tips goal while having superchats and subscription at his disposal (again), getting paid of 75% of what usually gets from Twitch AND claiming he'll keep the $200 tips goal for another month and a half is disingenuous as fuck.

You can't expect reality and facts to be understood by people whose perception of reality itself is warped. People in the midst of a wicked acid trip have a better grasp of reality than Phil's paypigs.
