I just watched today's live and she's even stupider than I thought. Chantal had better not take those prenatal vitamins her chat told her to go for because it would magically restore her something. Prenatal vitamins could kill her. Prenatal vitamins are high in iron, which is the last thing she needs with her fatty liver disease. The excess iron from the vitamins could build up to a toxic level then blotto. And then there's the excess folic acid.

It's been said many times but I really don't think she cares about money. Her family would pay her rent for her if it prevented her moving back home. She's never made a good financial decision with her channel; she privated more than a million views' worth of videos one night just because she was in a chimpy fugue state and she didn't undo it in the morning. She doesn't play the game like Amber. She doesn't want people to pay money, she wants them to pay attention. ALR wastes money on stupid shit, but she knows the vid she makes about it will recoup the cost: do you think Chinny's nutribullet paid for itself? Her air fryer? These are interesting rules. She was promoting the idea of a cash giveaway for members (what could go wrong with someone as patently corrupt and dishonest as Chantal?), but those seem to be verboten. I was rooting for her to do it, just to watch her claque of nincompoops claw each other's eyes out over it.

It is clear to anyone who has a brain what this whole new saga is about: a fast cashgrab, pure and simple. She never had any intention of following through with anything, beyond maybe a vague "I'll get around to it at some point"

I also think she is lying about not being able to unblock people. By my reasonably educated guesstimate, I believe she has blocked no fewer than 10,000 people. She used to block dozens upon dozens in a single day, for nearly two years. She just can't be bothered to go to all the trouble of searching for individual names (or even go to the bother of checking her email)

She is playing with fire, but is too dumb to realize it. As the old song goes, "money changes everything". YouTube may have turned a blind eye to her eating and vaping, since no laws were broken and it is tough to prove self-harm. But if people start complaining that she has ripped them off or if she gives away money to one of her mods or something in a rigged sweepstakes, YouTube may finally raise an eyebrow. She should be walking on eggshells, but instead she is stomping through a minefield.

She was on easy street, like Amberlynn. She could have had more money coming in month after month while she played the clown. But now she is really on the verge of losing a lot of supporters, and worse, turning them into karens against her.
