Its 9-0, tradition states it is the chief justice who should write it if he is on the ruling side, unless one of the other justices has more expertise in the area. Naw, the District stretches between Democrat stronghold cities of Toledo and Cleveland, with the parts in between being mostly urban and Democrat. It's supposed to represent Toledo, the only thing those areas have in common is urban Rustbelt blight. Both parties have done their share of Gerrymandering in Ohio, but only the Dems bitch about unfair it is. 1st District would make more sense if it included Butler county, 2nd District is also fine, there's regional state culture at work in those districts. It also keeps Cincinnati from dominating either district, which is good because city politics are retarded and the city proper shouldn't be allowed to have a say in state politics. Not after the fucking Streetcar. I like how Wiki leaves out how the "pro-streetcar" city council was elected because they ran on getting rid of it and then all flipped once they were elected.

A JDAM isn't a missile. It's like a smart tail fin that can be attached to gravity propelled bombs that help guide their descent to the target. They don't contain any propellant or anything that would cause a significant trajectory change. It makes dumb bombs more accurate so you run into less issues with accidently bombing schools and hospitals.
The grey warhead is a dumb bomb and the red/orange is what makes it a JDAM. I'm not 100% sure about the semantics so I don't know if the tail is called a JDAM or the bomb with the tail attached is the JDAM. I believe it's the later. They're most commonly attached to 500 and 1000 pound bombs.
