What people don't seem to get about the bankruptcy is that they're used to dealing with absolute degenerates and reprobates who could literally burn their way through a $50k a month annuity with nothing to show for it with great ease.
What sounds ridiculous to us is just routine for the people involved in these cases, you have to be truly exceptional in order to really get fucked by them. Otherwise, as evidenced by the 50-bit bitch you get rubberstamped

I didn't catch this but David Davidson caught this in a prestream from May 4th, Phil said that when Machinima dropped him, they didn't give him any reason for the termination of his contract.
MOSTLY FALSE
If any of you remember when Phil got dropped from machinima and had his tell-all stream, he said it stemmed from when phil was getting less ad revenue one month. Phil made a log and Machinima replied that they were currently investigating the problem and would reply later when they realized the problem. However, this was apparently not enough for Phil who said the answer "wasn't good enough" for him and then went above the log system that machinima had at the time to send personal emails to the partnership manager, and got offended when they required him to use the log system. He went full karen, and wanted machinima to escalate this problem affecting one nobody known as DSP. He said if machinima wouldn't give him special treatment, he would want to leave the partnership. The next day he got dropped. The email was a basic copy paste reply, but saying machinima didn't tell him why his contract was terminated is extremely disingenuous, like saying you don't know why someone you just punched wants to punch you.

Phil's Patreon is now at $737, up from like below $300 before the Twitch departnership drama, and he's made literally no changes to his goals or even his Patreon page (which still has stuff from 2018 on it), but he snaps his fingers and plugs his Patreon since he can't get cheers/subs and the tards trip over themselves to give this man who's done nothing for his patrons in nearly a decade another $400 a month. And that $400 means nothing because it's not going towards improving his streams in any way and he begs for that much in a single day of streaming so it's just going into the endless void the rest of his money goes into.

I'll bet 5 million good boy points (I've been saving them) that if he addresses it at all, he'll leave it at $200 a stream and declare that he's actually not making much from YouTube memberships because they can't be gifted, so he needs to keep the tips at $200 a stream. He will also memory-hole the money he's getting from superchats, even though I'd bet they'll end up being a good bit more than he made off of bits.
I kinda wish I had been tracking this to have exact numbers, but it's 31 extra patrons and $475 in increase, so it's still a small group giving an outsized amount. This amount also, as you point out, is basically one day's worth of his expected begging.

The last time he had 84 patrons was November 2019, with a pledged amount of $351 per month ($4.18 per patron).
