Clashes between Jews and Palestinians in Jerusalem. Israel now invading Gaza according to (Questionable) Reports - If your thoughts are "I don't like either" you don't need to fucking post because it's been said 100 times you fucking dullard

One of the fringe parties helping prop up Netanyahu’s rotten coalition is literally called Otzma Yehudit, or ‘Jew Power’. It’s leader made a direct threat against Ariel Sharon just before his assassination. Be nice to see a similarly extreme Muslim party given a voice in the Knesset.
You impressed me, you got every single sentence in your post wrong. Otzma Yehudit is not in the current coalition and its ideological forebear, Kach, was banned for being a Jewish fascist party, the only political party to be banned in Israel. Ariel Sharon was not assassinated, he died after being in a coma for years after he had a stroke. You're thinking of Rabin and the person who is considered to have said the most inciteful things towards Rabin was Netanyahu. A similarly extreme group of Muslim parties are given voices in the knesset, they're called the Joint List and Ra'am. The Anti Zionist Islamist Ra'am party was the kingmaker in this set of elections, the entire Israeli government coalition hinged on who they would go for. Is that not enough power for you?

I thought Prime Minister Sharon died due to complications years after a debilitating stroke?

The only scenario since were playing the wacky political-military sci fi is if the Saudis have a radical coup d'état and start swinging at Israel. They have a formidable military large enough to give Israel a very big black eye. Then one day an IDF pilot with a enough tonnage to take out a small city learns his family was killed by a Saudi bombing raid. He heads towards Mecca and unloads. Israel is doomed as all Muslim nations' armies head towards Israel who now face an authentic existential crisis.
I might be wrong but doesn't the Saudi army consist mostly of poorly trained infantrymen with really expensive weaponry? I heard the really good soldiers are in the royal guard while everyone else is pretty much cannon fodder.

I'm pretty sure that the associated press was working with them, whether "officially" or "unofficially" might be up for debate. At the end of the day I'm guessing the Palestinians will come out on the good side of the media machine.

Israel says if they go down they will unleash the 'Sampson Option' which includes nuking Europe out of spite. Johnson, Macron and Biden shit themselves. While Putin turns the mideast into glass. China invades Taiwan.
And then there's Americans. And we will nuke the entire goddamn planet just for the sheer hell of it.

The chief function of the Saudi military is to prevent cross-branch cooperation in the Saudi military. That's why every unit has advisors and equipment from a different country, and too complicated to operate without said advisors. A bunch of guys with AKMs and sandals working together = fall of the House of Ibn Saud, or so they think

Yeah iirc it was like Saddam's Iraqi Military where the Republican Guard was a match to be made with the US Military but regular infantrymen weren't worth a single shit. Arab Militaries in general have the issue of the higher up ranks being pretty skilled but the lower ranks being retards.

I've quoted a certain AP correspondent multiple times who straight up admitted that AP involvement in Gaza is ideological and you get into the region by having certain views. AP definitely covered for Hamas.

When Hamas’s leaders surveyed their assets before this summer’s round of fighting, they knew that among those assets was the international press. The AP staff in Gaza City would witness a rocket launch right beside their office, endangering reporters and other civilians nearby—and the AP wouldn’t report it, not even in AP articles about Israeli claims that Hamas was launching rockets from residential areas. (This happened.) Hamas fighters would burst into the AP’s Gaza bureau and threaten the staff—and the AP wouldn’t report it. (This also happened.) Cameramen waiting outside Shifa Hospital in Gaza City would film the arrival of civilian casualties and then, at a signal from an official, turn off their cameras when wounded and dead fighters came in, helping Hamas maintain the illusion that only civilians were dying. (This too happened; the information comes from multiple sources with firsthand knowledge of these incidents.) Colford, the AP spokesman, confirmed that armed militants entered the AP’s Gaza office in the early days of the war to complain about a photo showing the location of a rocket launch, though he said that Hamas claimed that the men “did not represent the group.” The AP “does not report many interactions with militias, armies, thugs or governments,” he wrote. “These incidents are part of the challenge of getting out the news—and not themselves news.”

I've posted this guy's articles so many times in this thread it's almost tantamount to link spam, look up Matti Friedman in the Atlantic or Tablet magazine.

Maybe a good start would be giving back the land that’s been illegally annexed since 1967 and stop using the US as a veto proxy in the UN?
Do you only support this idea in this case? If not, my family owns alot of illegal occupied land in central Europe, you can help my fight to get it back by sending me bitcoin! I will even plant a tree in your honour once my family lands in the east are returned.

Yea, but its the Air Force and Navy that would be of concern to an enemy.

They have a LOT of planes. Ranked 7th in the world - Fighters

Kind of a weird question, but if the messiah himself stepped down from the heavens and begged for peace would that be the only way we'd ever see peace in the Middle East? It feels like this particular area of the world is constantly fighting for decades and it probably won't stop for decades to come.

Nah it doesn't benefit NATO or the major powers in that area of the world for a stable middle east. So CIA/Saudi/Iranian/Israeli sponsored Civil Wars will continue.

The Jews would kill him again.

Posting this because the reference to "poisonous" demonstrations of burning Israeli flags by "so-called" Palestinian supporters. No, they're not "so called". These are genuine supporters burning Israeli flags in your streets. It's what you get for gaping yourself for migrants from these countries retard.
Also something about a "surprise attack"

Well shit, I have to take that on the chin. Apologies for my stupidity; posting during my working hours often leads to fuck-ups.
However I was going off an assessment that I read in my local media that Otzma Yehudit was part of the reason Likud is clinging to power.

Who's denying them the right to do it?

What they need is the power to do it. Do they have that? If so, they earn respect.

The issue is they're weak and stupid. They lack the power. Respect them? Why?
The US and EU (((spontaneously))) declaring Hamas to be a 'terrorist organization' when it was literally the democratically elected government of Palestine potentially places international roadblocks on aid and arms. Israel attacking aid convoys with military forces as we saw in 2010 is another example of Israel's wilful flouting of international law when it comes to cutting off support for Gaza.. Huge amounts of resources flowing in to keep Israel afloat militarily puts Palestine on the back foot. They are fighting back the only way they can, because they have no recourse in the UN, thanks to America being Israel's slave state. I'm not a fan of radical muslims (and let's face it, the only difference between a radical and a non-radical muslim is apparently a Charlie Hebdo headline). I'd prefer the lot of them fuck off back to wherever they came from and get the fuck out of my country. But I do respect the fact that in spite of the playing field being tilted against them, Palestinians refuse to give up their struggle.

Frankly I wish that Israel would just stop the illegal settlements, give back a bunch of the stolen land, and Hamas do the IRA thing- 'If we don't attack you for 12 months can we please set up a fair negotiation?'. Both sides need to compromise, Hamas by not chimping out all the time and Israel by not being complete cunts. I don't hold out much hope though.

Otzma Yedudit is actually working against Likud because of how radical they are. Ben Gvir keeps talking shit about Ra'am and refusing to sit in a government with them because they are Arab Islamists, costing Netanyahu the coalition and almost the PM seat. The night that Hamas shot rockets was the night that the opposition was going to sit down and finalize the coalition they had agreed on with plans in the morning to announce the new PM as Yair Lapid.

Israeli politics is actually really diverse and more representative of their population than the two party system in America. Israel literally had a politician that was a Christian Arab and allegedly committed treason against Israel for Hezbollah , and pretty much said that an actual individual historical Palestine didn't exist unlike Japan or Norway, but as a Levantine area owned by Syria.

This thread has been enjoyable to read. Intriguing, informative, obnoxious, sickening, and yet moving. Few places on the internet would tolerate a discussion this volatile or vulgar. Thank you Null for letting this side of the site stick around. I may have lost a few brain cells along the way but overall I am grateful to all the kiwis here. Keep up the good work and shitposts.
