I also think it's because if he does it now, it will discourage people from tipping which would affect the $200 tip goal. He's already struggles with hitting that goal with his streams now without the help of his few whales, and I can imagine it would hurt his bottom line. Well there is always D-Live. As I said quiet a few pages back he can just revive Isaac Himmler and do Dead Sapce 2 again stomping Jews.
