Is this a contradiction? One would think being a test of faith would be a condition.
Doublethink is more or less a tenet of faith.

A lot of autists are like that in that they think people want to hear what they did today or that they're somehow on the cusp of something great and will be recognized for it. It's like the Muncie Molester, James Terry Mitchell Jr, he makes videos that barely break into the double digits and thinks that his "fans" are interested in what he has to say on whatever. He's screaming into the void and nobody is really paying any attention. But just in case one person hears him he's going to continue. That's Pipsqueak. He feels that if he does this enough and drops enough hashtags that he'll suddenly get the fame and validation that he so desperately craves. You'd think after posting greasey selfies, boomer memes and comics and quirky thoughts about how he found a super cool flavor of coke or some sleep masks with Bluetooth speakers in them and getting no reaction or conversation out of it he would grow bored of it and try something else.
But he doesn't, just more hamfisted content to make him appear more relatable
I think this bit will stay in the shadows until he loses 3-0 to Skordas. After, he can use this in place of the photo of a blurred head as an excuse as to why he lost. "Bias" judge wouldn't let him do the oral.So how long you reckon 'till Russ begins reeeing about this on Facebook, and blaming us?
He couldn't even be bothered make it look nice. Just black marker on white poster board. At least with the Taylor Swift attraction sign he used multiple colors.HISTORY IS REPEATING ITSELF

That's a very hard argument to win on, and courts are not eager to grant such arguments. It is usually reserved for massive criminals(for example Cardillo v. Doubleday Co., Inc., 518 F.2d 638 (2d Cir. 1975) ). Even if every media outlet tries as hard as possible to ruin your reputation, even then it is likely to not be granted (as recently shown in NY Supreme Court case "Project Veritas vs. The New York Times Company et al" docket 131)"no good reputation to defend" argument,
Jesus you're right. I hope he ends up desperate enough to pay for a billboard asking yovanna out. Now that would be some funny shitHell I just noticed that both posts even say "The sign says it all."

Hey big pepper. I get that youre a legal autist and I like your insight. But maybe throw a tl:dr on these citations? Googling it just links to paywalled shit or Nerdy Lawyer Monthly articles that I am not going to read just to get a gist of Legal mumbo jumbo is worse than IT talk. LolThat's a very hard argument to win on, and courts are not eager to grant such arguments. It is usually reserved for massive criminals(for example Cardillo v. Link to Cardillo v. Doubleday Co., Inc., 518 F.2d 638 (2d Cir. 1975). The main point of it was to show where I got that "criminal" example from. In this case, the court of appeals concluded that Libel Proof label applied to the appellant because he was a "habitual criminal"But maybe throw a tl:dr on these citations?
So when she either politely declines or just doesn't respond, how do you think Russ will react? Scream about how she hates the disabled or will he jump straight to the lawsuit?HISTORY IS REPEATING ITSELF

I know, but how many such cases were literally attacked by strangers in the street upon being recognized? You can't get worse than that unless strangers are killing you on sight, which tends to make it difficult to sue for defamation or anything else. That's a very hard argument to win on, and courts are not eager to grant such arguments. Russ has a boomer grasp of technology. Plus I doubt he would spring for a phone tripod to hold his phone. As soon as I saw this post was up on IG, I damn near broke my fingers rushing over here. I cannot wait to watch this meltdown unfold in real-time. Also why would he need a “camera person” to take a photo of that sign? If he wanted to be in the photo, self timers are a thing.
The former, I presume. So when she either politely declines or just doesn't respond, how do you think Russ will react? Scream about how she hates the disabled or will he jump straight to the lawsuit?
He still can get a job, get his songs out, work with all sorts of "companies" to "market" his songs, etc. He can live a normal life. and that would be damning to the libel proof argument (imo). Besides, being attacked upon recognized is not a sign of horrible reputation in general, more so a horrible reputation with just one group which is normal for famous people (Pelosi had alleged Hit Squads after her made up of Trump supporters, yet overall she has a decent enough reputation). While he isn't exactly famous, if he was smart, he'd make similar arguments (or the court might), to counter any such libel proof accusation.I know, but how many such cases were literally attacked by strangers in the street upon being recognized?
Because, obviously, the robot camera timer is biased against the disabled and would mess up his photo. If he wanted to be in the photo, self timers are a thing.
With a bit of a child level creativity, the problem is easily solved.Plus I doubt he would spring for a phone tripod to hold his phone.
When he sues her, what number will that lawsuit be?( I lost count)HISTORY IS REPEATING ITSELF
