Oh, huh, strange to see Pyro's name again because I used to associate with him myself [ex-friend-of-a-friend as a matter of fact, so quite similar to your situation]. I distinctly remember seeing that big callout post about him a while back, but since I'd unfollowed him by that point I didn't really look too far into it. I also remember him being into guro and I think he reblogged shota occasionally.

EDIT: Ah I also see Mel/despairkomaeda on that list. I actually used to be friends with that one a couple years ago or more. I mostly knew him when his url was "princeofkokoros". That one was a real trainwreck.

Yeah, he's definitely into shota. Bestiality too. I briefly glanced over some old chat logs earlier after seeing his name, and rediscovered that bit of information...

I think I vaguely remember something about him being into bestiality myself. That definitely sounds like something he'd commission. He had a huge obsession with Red/Blue as a ship, if I remember right, and even had a partner that cosplayed the other half of the pairing.

Anyone witnessed the zamii070 drama?

To summarize it: Theres a pretty popular artist named zamii070 who has been around for several years now, basically since homestuck and mostly followed Tumblrfandomtrends. She has a pretty distinct artstyle and suddenly out of the blue the SJW corner starts to attack her, because apparently she drew some art for a convincted pedophile and said something bad about transpeople like "transwomen arent actual women" or something along that (I can imagine they misunderstood her, since zamii has been around for a really long time and i just can't imagine that she would throw out something like that purposefully)
While her apology somehow sounds weird, it gave me the feeling that she doesnt seem to be good to articulate herself in general instead of being insincere

Regarding the Rick and Morty brouhaha, I just started watching it and I'm surprised it even has a fandom on Tumblr, given the show's humor. I think at San Diego Comic Con, either the creator or some other guy who works on the show confirmed that Rick is pansexual, which I'm sure made them have kittens. But eventually sooner or later, they would turn on them. I'm glad Roiland isn't taking any shit from them though and is for the most part ignoring them.

I was actually just talking about this with my friend. We theorize that it's because people Hear about Rick being a "Queer Pee Oh See with mental issues!1!" and assume it means Justin and Dan are gonna cater to them like the SU crew. Only it turns out they don't actually give a shit and have a sense of humor.
