Danny is not in jail. He bonded out within 24 hours of being arrested. He is still out on bond awaiting trial. If he is found guilty, he will be sentenced. His sentence may or may not include prison time.

When you look up his cases on the Charleston County Public Index site, you need to click the "Actions" tab to see the progress of the case.

My theory is it's a friend from undergrad who last saw Rhys when he was still a somewhat reasonable person. Rhys was definitely a narc in the early days of the troon out, but he was still able to maintain some relationships and socialize a bit. He went completely off the deep end during his years in Charleston.

A tipping point for him might have been at the weekend. He is so deluded that he probably thought CofC would about face and have him back. I can imagine all the mic drops and gotcha moments he was imagining. He knows he only has himself to blame for fucking up the grift and it must hurt big time that he has done that and they went through with kicking him out.

Anymore, I'm not sure CofC even ordered him to shut up. Rhys was pretty insistent that they didn't care about him shitting on everyone and I'm inclined to believe him. These university professor types are super woke right now and I can legitimately see them afraid of "silencing trans voices" I wouldn't be surprised if his silence was tied to the Danny case alone. He's knows that the weaponized autism of the farms will ferret out his misdeeds so maybe he did the only thing he could to placate us and STFU. Hopeful, I know, but without Rhys' steady stream of LoL milk, I'm left to idle speculation.

I doubt it's Rhys, he's not well known enough. She's legitimately afraid of the cow that just moved in and fatboy just isn't that intimidating. When I think of violent troons I think Yaniv. One day, Rhys going to cheat the wrong woman and she's going to knock his ass out. I can totally see his head pop back like Rock'em Sock'em Robots as he takes an involuntary ten second nap.
