Skordas isn't reading this thread. He doesn't need to, nothing said in here in 2021 is relevant in any way to these cases. There's two junior lawyers on this who probably wrote the arguments and assembled evidence. His job would be skimming to make sure the documents don't embarrass the firm for incompetence and then sign off on it. Personally handling filings like these would honestly be kind of a waste of his time- Russell can easily be bodied by a less experienced (i.e. less expensive) lawyer, and Ms. Mena has definitely handled him before.
I hope they at least pass Russ's filings around the office as an example to the paralegals on how NOT to do things.

I'll trust that the only thing being discussed in that sidebar was "where the hell is the Plaintiff?" Which is pretty much the only things they could discus one party.
