Can you guys imagine how hard it will be for Phil to find a real job when/if that time comes? He's been a kahntent creator for over a decade, and people have catalogued his infamy extensively. I think he might struggle to get even a low-effort minimum wage job.

Won't happen, the guy will keep doing the same he's been doing the last few years until the day he dies on stream. He eventually may move to another kind of scam, but he'll never get a real job, not only he doesn't want to, it just can't happen at this point.

Not to mention a simple "Philip Burnell" search in Google will give you a list of what he did during his "internet career" (It is normal today to research potential employees on the Internet) He won't be able to hide this unless he fakes his name (or renames himself) Though who knows how HR will then try to find informations. I heard that nowadays when you have a "ghost" (you know someone you can't find stuff on) it makes it even harder to have that person come into the selection process

Has a twitter checkmark, can't play videogames to save his life, his reviews of games, genres and concepts in games make no sense and in most cases can be boiled down to "the game doesn't let me win and this is problematic", compares every game to Dark Souls, and last but certainly not least, he is a piece of shit.

I'm not a phoneposter just shortbus slow in the mornings lol. I was trying to get through atleast half a cup of coffee without wanting to post. I'm wondering how Dave's true self is? I know he'll always one up himself but I'm noticing he has complete lack of care when speaking or tweeting. Some whale must of made a good behind the scenes deal coupled with as much shit as he has lied about he knows the unwell will still tip, get banned, and tip again lol. cycle of life in Dave streams. Also, how many times does he pity beg for da tax dude or certain bills....he's fucked up so many times with repeating the same beg 2-3 times a month and rahb's or derich's don't realize it.

If you can't get through a fucking cup of coffee without wanting to post about a fat hobo with the weirdest hairline I've ever seen on anyone in my entire life, you may need to take a few days and get some air.

It's easy to get really, REALLY involved with Phil and many find him fascinating or entertaining one way or another. But you're swimming in toxic sludge and if you don't surface for air on a regular basis, it's easy to start spiraling real quick.

I'm not gonna tell anyone how to spend their time but if you leave it unchecked and don't self-exclude on a regular basis, the next thing you know, your balls deep in four different, not-as-interesting-as-you-perceive gay ops and Phil is on your LinkedIn profile.

Not sure where you're at, but that was $250k for a 1600 sq. ft. middle unit condo with no central air conditioning. Where I'm at, I bought a 1600 sq. ft. house on a little under 1 acre of land with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and central heating and air for ~$190k. If Phil had looked in Texas or Florida, depending on where he looked, he could have had a borderline palatial home for that same $250k.

As for paying it off, the standard for housing loans is 15, 20, or 30 years, with payments dependent on how much you put as your upfront "down payment". Depending on the loan, you can do as little as 4-5% down up to around 20% down. Based on the purchase price and the loan balance, Phil seems to have paid ~$15-20k as a downpayment, or around 10% of the total purchase price. As I recall, his interest rate was fairly high, but that's not surprising, given that his credit was probably average (at best) already, and his income is uncertain.

While June will be telling, keep in mind he has disabled things that would help him in YouTube's algorithm intentionally. He has said he only wants hardcore fanbase. With his behavior, his circle will get smaller and smaller and smaller. It's a death by a thousand cuts he inflicting on himself. Just my take though
