Hey, when people say "you're not a real man" to an adult male because of so-called unmanly behavior they almost never mean, "so therefore you're a woman." They mean it in the sense that you're not living up to the adult part of adult male human.

"Real men treat ladies with respect" doesn't mean that anyone who is disrespectful towards women is therefore a woman themselves (and therefore deserving of respect from me?), it means that they haven't shown themselves to be mature. By the same token, an adult human female who treats women with respect isn't suddenly a man because she's doing something manly, she's showing that she's an adult, but she still fails at the male part. That's almost always what's meant when people talk about "real men" or "real women", not that you're proving your gender but that you're proving your adulthood.
In the rare cases that someone says that you're not a real man if you do or don't do (specifically gendered thing) then feel free to mock that, but 90% of the time manhood or womanhood is used to recognize someone's maturity and adulthood, not their sex which is usually pretty straightforward and simple to determine.

This is one of the big unspoken problems with the current gender bullshit. It encourages self centred narcs to be even more insufferable. No wonder they seem to mainly converse with each other online, nobody else is prepared to put in the huge amount of effort. they thanklessly demand as though it’s their birthright. I can’t imagine having to deal with someone like this on a regular basis, it must suck the will to live out of you.
