Maybe blocking like Steve Shives isn't the best way to use Twitter. Just a hint. Or maybe his hot takes are just garbage.

The methodology in which he goes about blocking people is just really surreal to me. The hit rate varies but normally around half or less then that of the twitter replies he gets that immediately call him out on any lies or just state the gahds honest truth that he hates hearing will catch a block. Then he probably goes on his late night twitter binges (like he's probably doing right now) and seeks out detractor or troll related activity (that are either replying to him or talking about him in recent searches) and individually blocks them. Then his mahds and cult members probably give him a heads up on whatever new troll strategies or statements people conjure up (either in those private twitter detractor groups that get leaked by a double agent or someone asks them about info through a PM) to throw at him during a stream, so he and the mods can silence this and attempt to debunk it.

Yeah so basically he has plenty of avenues to just not do any of these sorts of things or just not bring any attention to them at all, and this will actually drive his engagement numbers up in response to tweets, making his tweets more higher to see and therefore increasing the overall number of "fans" to see what he has to say. Yeah sure Phil, as a public persona, you're always going to have people who don't like you and you call you mean nasty names that totally aren't true, but of course if you go out of your way to say that these trolls are still fucking with your livelihood, then of course they're going to keep doing it, because they know it annoys you and it's funny for them.

The hate as he likes the call it gives him the wrong sort of fuel, instead of channelling that negative feedback and using it to reflect upon himself and turn himself into a more pahsative, honest and upfront personality, he instead hides in his little gout corner, silencing anything that may or may not look like something a hater might say, and bottle up all that energy inside of him and exert it in bursts that these people are brain dead dumb fucks, conspiracy idiots and nut jobs (whatever sort of insult he feels like calling them that day) that despite knowing his behaviour and mannerisms over the years, that people wouldn't pick up on any of his personal faults or weaknesses (but who am I kidding, he'd never admit that he'd have anything to improve on about himself, If anything he'd just make up generic excuse to hide from what the real issues he has inside of him).

His numbers on tweets are absurdly low for 25K followers, the idea that that many people collectively decided to themselves to never even like or retweet him is nonsensical. All that aside, his fans can't disagree with him, correct him, or agree with him in a way that he's too dumb to understand. He holds grudges and calls people 'kid' when he's wrong. And because he disabled likes from YT, he doesn't know that getting 10% of viewers to react (positively or negatively) is a good amount.

Since he seems to overreact to minuscule shit that he encounters throughout the day and regurgitates the experience in the stream chat, he should tweet about these things more some since then, gee I don't know, maybe more people can see that he has a somewhat active lifestyle outside of his streams?

But then he would run into the situation where his streams are even more dead then usual, because he's lost even the most mundane and basic of talking points.

Remember, this is the same guy who fell asleep on stream not too long ago and denied it. He pretends his hair hasn't been falling out since 2009. His marriage is so obviously a sham that we can see it through a fucking webcam, yet he acts otherwise. His streams peak in viewership when some shit goes down, but he's totally not a drama-whore with an ironic audience. He wears a stupid vest, a cowboy hat, stupid glasses, blows bubbles, and spins his chair, but totally not a muppet like Ninja is. And that's not even the tip of the iceberg when it comes to him being a seemingly oblivious hypocrite.

Phil's life sucks, and the only way he psychologically survives it is by constructing a false reality to live in instead. It's simultaneously fascinating and tragic to watch.

Yup, it also stems from him not understanding how impressions work. A twitter "Impression" just shows how many times a tweet appeared in someone's timeline, it doesn't need to be read, as long as it appeared somewhere on someone's timeline while they were on twitter, it counts as an impression. Example - if I followed Phil on twitter and saw one of his sadboi tweets on my timeline, it counts as an impression for his tweets. If I then go on Phil's very own twitter timeline to look at his sadboi tweets, they'd get another impression. If I then refresh the page 5 times while on Phil's timeline, each one of the tweets that were loaded on screen would get 5 impressions. In total from my example that would be 7 impressions from just one person, however since Phil doesn't understand how impressions work and in his delusional mind he still thinks he's a white hot popular khantent creator, the only thing his high impressions tweets do is to go with his confirmation bias.

No sponsors. No freebies. No E3 invites. No collaboration invites.

A financial loss of $120k-180k/year depending on the sponsors.

But Phil's biggest regret as a YouTube creator, the one that bothered him so much he had to tweet about it at 4 A.M. is not blowing up on Twitter.

I love his late night introspective tweets where clearly he has been drinking.

I'm sure even a total narcissist and alcoholic like him has a brief moment in which they realize what they really are.

An utterly isolated person who has burnt every bridge in his life. Has no friends, nor even any aquantences. Probably he hasn't had a real conversation with anyone except his wife and parents in years. He lives 6 days a week without even leaving his house. And he has aged horribly in the last few years due to his lifestyle. I bet he has some undiagnosed illness based on how he is deteriorating.
