I was under the impression SSDI has to be accounted for, and likely Clint is his payee? Which again points to Josh not being a competent enough adult to be considered "independent" There is no way he gets that into "his" account or it would be pissed away on booze, cigs, and door dash.
When I looked into it, SSDI defaults to the idea that the people getting SSDI can handle their own money. And it should be used for rent, power, water, food, schooling, or it can even be saved to be used for future medical treatments or put into interest making accounts when not needed that moment. At any point Josh can tell Social Security that he does not like Clint managing his money, to either take care of it himself or to go to a 3rd party for-profit manager.
He has access to his account at all times in my research. It's just that Clint takes his debit card away whenever his account goes into the negative and Clint has to pay off the fee. The way he talks in this stream is bizarre, it's like he's giving himself a pep talk but in public.
This was one of the more edible Cobra creations IMO. Spicy cheetos mac & cheese, ale, 2 kinds of hot sauce, cheesy jalepeno powder, cheetos and cheese topped off with prawmajawn . I think that was it anyway.
