We can't really say men are less attractive since we are both straight and not attracted to them by default. I'm sure straight women would argue the opposite.
Sitcoms don't really mean anything. We see diversity bullshit all the time, it's not reflective of reality.
Exercise is good, improves your physical and mental health.

Ok sex drive satisfaction may be a factor. But I don't think it's any more important that social media making everyone compare themselves to one another, suddenly your partner isn't all that great when X has a person who's younger, better educated, thinner, etc.
If porn were a factor we should keep an eye on things in a few years after OF flooded the interent. Additionally why are more men effected? If they aren't fucking women then why aren't the women also cooming constantly and not having sex?

There's always been hotter people, there's not a good translation to having 4K the most depraved shit you could imagine 24/7 virtually anywhere.
Women are being affected in greater amounts with every passing day. You'd be surprised at how disgusting and degrading the porn that even normal women are watching, they're making up for lost time.

Single women with no kids own pets like cats to trick themselves into thinking they have children (the same parts of the brain activate), where as most men own pets for companionship. In short pets for women tend to play the role of surrogate children, and men see pets more like friends.

Relationships are just a minefield
1) You probably want to have your own place for privcy and not live with family, kinda tough with the economy. Some people find ways, some dont.
2) Tinder opens up bigger dating pools, meaning other guys just won't compete. It's also pretty much entirely about looks with the app, humour won't save you.
3) Some guys may legit be terrified of rape accusations, I think Metoo killed the pickup artist movement, now RooshV is larping as an orthodox guy who wants a virgin waifu.

Looking at the charts you see an increase from 2007, so I think the economic crash of 2008 and the rise of social media are what fucked up men. Videogames play a factor too, you can't really get laid if you never leave home. The only way porn could factor im is is if it makes guys avoid relationships becuase their dick isn't the size of a pornstars.

Hypergamy doesn't work the way you think it does. At the end of they day the social status or material benefit climb can be miniscule, you just have to impress the girl in some way. I'm fine with my life and I wasn't talking about personal issues, just responding to others talking about trends. I still don't think it's porn causing more people to avoid having sex, and I still think women have it easier in the dating game. I still think anyone can get laid if they care about it. Maybe a compromise would be social media ruined all kinds of relationships people had and porn just lets people deal with sexual frustration so they don't need to change their lifestyles.

social media and dating apps have raised the bar a lot when it comes to what women collectively consider a total failure. the cutoff for 'acceptable' is much higher today than, say, ten years ago.
and i don't mean this in a physical way like "wow this picture of gigachad has such amazing delts and trap development and his chiseled jaw makes me so wet", it's more about watching a bunch of instagram influencers whose lives revolve around traveling, photoshoots, and expensive partying at exclusive locations. normal IRL dudes are simply too ordinary and boring by comparison, and being boring is one of the biggest turnoffs a man can be.

100 is the threshold for average intelligence and functionally changes depending on the location and time. If IQ tests existed in prehistoric time, a caveman who thinks pounding a rock on the dirt makes it rain would have 100 IQ, it doesn't mean he's as intelligent as a person with 100 IQ in modern day.
