The tiny percentage of people who MIGHT experience a side effect of the vaccine, as opposed to an unplesant but most likely not fatal illness unless you are already vulnerable that you may catch, in which case TAKE THE FUCKING VACCINE ASAP or fully accept the possibility of passing the infection on via sneezing and coughing being killing someone by accident because "muh freedums" means you are stupid enough to be cut out of the gene pool by a COVID SARS2 infection or any number of the other species-culling actions Mother Nature takes when a population is dangerously out of control.
