Also we have no clue why Dax was actually dumped. Dax said before it was the vague hate speech TOS thing but ended up outing himself on Rekietta that it was suspicion of money laundering. Who knows if he was telling the truth with his excuses about NP2 getting dropped from other banks. For all we know he could of been actually dropped for small issues with his service the bank wanted fixed and he refused like say the security of his site handling payment info, and Dax's stubborness to fix anything fucked it up for everyone.

We do have a clue. Vordrak's complaint cited the money laundering policy being non-existent and dax hasn't complained about a shit ton of fines or faced any visible punitive action, so we can pretty reasonably infer that his compliance around laundering was shit to non-existent but no actual laundering took place

Sean is highkey someone I aspire to become career-wise by the time I'm his age (hell, I already wear too many black V-necks). My only real gripe with him is that he doesn't call Dax out enough for his retarded takes, save for the V I R U S T A L K, which have only gotten more and more frequent and markedly worsed since last March. I guess Dax pays him well enough to put up with the revolving door of retards each week. Maybe it's that, maybe it's the 20+ year friendship, maybe it's both.

With that said, I get that Sean functionally serves as an audience surrogate, and unlike a lot of the people involved in TDS now, he has a lucrative career and a normal life outside the show. I don't think he's ever prepared for whatever shitshow goes down on air. The drama Dax gets himself involved in is not his business, and TDS ending would not screw him over financially the way it would for Dax or even Riley. If I were still keeping up with the show weekly and Sean left for good, I'd wish him the best and never touch TDS again.

He's like that cool older brother many of us didn't have. Still willing to buy you booze and party a bit but has his shit together. I wish Dick would stop shitting on any time he'd bring up his mental health journey though. That type of shit is the kind of thing the audience needs to hear about with how many of them could use some attention to themselves and how much you can actually enjoy life instead of just pissing and moaning all the time.

Alcoholism and clinical depression are two things that affect so many young men today that I honestly wish there were more people like Sean to lead by example, having dealt with it and put it past him so he could go on and work a fulfilling career. I imagine Sean and Dick were more similar people 20 years ago than they are now, if the stories about wandering Europe, doing tons of drugs and fucking tons of chicks are to be believed. Sean managed to grow out of that lifestyle while Dick never did, at least not fully, and it shows.

LA really does stunt your development if you're not careful. It's actually pretty depressing.

I really don't understand why dick never pays people. It has cost him bits, friends, patrons and so on.

Like, fifty bucks here, a hundred bucks there is not a big deal for a guy with a Patreon that big.
