Yarn Review Time!
So, pictured above is a FRACTION of my Alpaca shit. Lemme just say, I'm a huge faggot for alpaca wool. Blankets. Jackets. Socks. Scarves. Etcetera. My go to yarn is a 70/30 blend of alpaca and silk that goes for about 50 bucks a hank. I don't know if that makes me an expect on alpaca. I think it just makes me autistic, but let's begin.
1. The Price: 30 bucks for alpaca yarn straight is pretty steep. 30 bucks for all natural tranny alpaca yarn is actually pretty standard.
2. Claims that there would be hay and shit in the yarn is 100% true, but it's pretty standard these day. Hay and stuff was in it, and you can even see some in the picture. With that in mind, there was some stuff I had to pick out when spooling it.
3. The yarn spinning was a mix between great and shit. On one hand, it's not woven like typical shitty alpaca yarn, where they card it poorly and keep the shorter staples in, which makes it super soft, but felts up immediately. Instead it's like proper alpaca wool, where the shorter fibers are carded out and the longer fibers make it a little less soft but allows you to wash it without having to fucking shave it. The downside is some parts of it are loosely spun. which is fucking weird. Not sure what happened here.
4. The yarn is extremely slippery with a funny residue on it. It's not like, offensively greasy, but whatever they washed it with is a little grimy.
5. The yarn is almost more of a thread. Maybe al little less tightly woven, but I feel like I'm making lace.
Final Review: Actually surprisingly decent. Not shit. If you are looking for some Tranch Memorabilia or want to keep the show rolling, grab that burner card and a dead drop and grab that yarn. Or use your real address. The Tranch won't Hunt you down and make you right a good review at gunpoint. Haha.
