He receives all the business e-mails and does all her scheduling. So whenever Venti shows up on someone else's show, which she's been doing a bit more recently like you mentioned, that's his doing. Or all the various guests she had on her 2 own podcasts she started last year (and already bailed on). That's also her manager reaching out to the guests and probably even suggesting most of them.

I think he started about two years ago and apparently he has a 5-Year Business plan for her. Now you'd think a manager's job is to ultimately increase her audience and revenue. But I dunno man, he seems to do quite a crappy job. Her channel has seen zero growth in the past year (total subs were hidden before Sep 20). Her livestreams have about 200-500 active viewers at any time for as long as I can remember. I'm pretty sure her channel is shadow-banned on youtube, even though she's check-marked now, since youtube has never recommended one of her videos. Typically when you watch a bunch of videos from a specific channel without subbing Youtube starts filling your feed with them. Also her 4 month twitter suspension didn't help much either.

He probably also pushed her to increase the production quality of her stream, which admittedly did improve a little in the last year. She used to have a terrible mic with lots of background noise and now has a decent one. She went from a webcam to a DSLR camera. She now has a dedicated streaming room with a backdrop that isn't a messy bedroom. But.. then there's still technical issues all the time and she's always 30 min to 1 hour late with all her streams. There's no consistency to when she streams. She has these projects (podcasts, polical second channel), which she abandons before she can properly draw in new viewers, etc.

Now I'm sure herself, mods and friends probably don't pay for that, but on the other end there's also higher Patreon tiers and the couple of fools who get "Producer credit" on her videos pay her $100/month. Then there's her silly cat-photo-onlyfans with still some idiots paying $4,99/month, her Amazon-affiliate link, youtube revenue for the videos that didn't get demonetized and other stuff. Added up this passive income likely covers most of her bills and I guess she uses stream donations to pay for starbucks, takeout food, countless clothes and her manager.

She has wined about having every known symptom to man in the past. I mean EVERYTHING. I can't remember the psychological term for it. It is all rooted on a deep insecurity of not feeling loved. One way to look at it...you can reflect on her career and find she has never genuinely had empathy for others. She has mocked celeberity deaths and monetized them. She is not a good person.
