I think it's more sad that Jazz is apparently painting his room in a way that will likely need to be painted over with a coat of paint when his parents eventually sell the house. I really feel sorry for Jazz. But the family are the ones to blame. In a healthy, normal family, being surrounded by supportive family members might help you recover from or at least live with mental health problems. But the Bloshinsky siblings have been taught from childhood never to question or challenge Jazz's thoughts or feelings, so they just end up coddling and enabling him. I'm surprised we haven't started to see Sander posting about the fat acceptance movement and fatphobia.

His body shape reminds me a lot of Yaniv's. All that money and medical intervention and he still winds up looking the same as the other Jewish tranny.

I agree with them keeping the McMansion. No way in hell Jeanette wants to give up that house and downsize. She seems like the type that doesn't want an "empty nest". We all know she trained Jazz to be dependent on her and be her baby forever. I'm not so sure about Sander. She may really want him to stay too since two of her kids have already bailed on her. absolute fucking unit. Unlike most obeasts, jazz has no other fatties in the household and therefore looks even fatter because there is always someone normal right next to him for comparison. It also makes it that much more obvious that serious psychiatric issues lurk underneath what was supposed to be an aspirational life story. You have to go out of your way to get that fat when you live around regular sized people.


What happens when he can't reach the amhole for dilation anymore? I'm inclined to believe the wound closing itself might be the most humane outcome at this point. From what I know, in trannies who have the more common dick and balls flay and inversion, it can and does happen and presumably it turns into fibrous scar tissue.
I'm not sure what might happen in this case though, as Jazz has some revolting amalgamation of thigh skin, peritoneum, and bowel tissue sewn inside his bodily cavity. Bowel tissue creates mucus to lubricate the passage of stool, and peritoneum produces a fluid to stop the internal organs sticking together. A hernia into the scrotum can cause peritoneum to get trapped and lead to a hydrocele where the balls swell up with fluid. It could be if it did heal up, it would turn into an awful abscess full of ass grease and abdomen fluid and cause him more problems and further surgery.
The size he is in those painting pictures, I'd expect ordinary people of both sexes have trouble staying hygienic. Males have the hidden penis issue when their external genitalia sink into groin fat on top of foreskin stink and sweat trapped in fat, and females have the mess and smell of menstruation complicated by pubic and thigh fat.
