Horse shoe bay is required viewing for the foundations of ip2. definitely check out all of the rv trip. lots of origin stories there. not for many of our recent ip2 streamers, but still worthwhile. Youtube user "Liutauras" was kind of the unofficial clipper back then and he summarizes it well.
Summary of Stop Speeding's Comment To Mizkif:
What speedy said was in reference to mizkif being all wholesome now and forgetting his roots as a camera man for ice. apparently he's said nigger, other racist shit and questionable things a twitch streamer shouldn't say/do. speedy was saying "remember horse shoe bay" which is an ip2 phrase that refers to that event (it was probably the biggest drama/streaming event i've ever watched of ice. it was a big big deal). it features twitch streamers erobb and mizkif, plus bjorn, mariebx, sam pepper, scuffed steve jobs, and kbubblezzz. shortly after horse shoe bay mizkif started streaming on twitch and now he is raking in big money as a wholesome streamer (100k+ viewers this week). mizkif's original mods and viewers were mostly ip2 people until he got big. my fellow ip2 friend who modded for him since the beginning was kicked off just this year.
The Horse Shoe Bay Incident:
the background of the drama was ice had dated caroline burt (the alien/ET lookin lady with too much plastic surgery). chat hated her so he said he dumped her and for months he kept seeing her apparently so ip2 was trolling him about that and he'd never address it (i want to say snipers or someone had observed her coming to his place after he'd end stream. so it was all but confirmed). then comes horse shoe bay where (in the vod below) he finally comes clean and publicly shuns caroline even though he probably intended to have her there too but under the radar - that' i'm not sure about. how would she know about the location without someone telling her? idk. Horse Shoe Bay was supposed to be a big stream from Ice and he had been offline/dodging viewers so ip2 viewers were really revved up and then the drama in the video below happens. it was better than anything ice could've offered intentionally.
that's where the ip2 mod username "feelingsilly" originates from. there was an exposed text where ice said caroline has him "feeling silly" in their dating days. there was a screen cap, but it was lost when ip1 or ip2 was banned - can't remember when that happened.

How do you even cancel somebody who doesn't care about getting canceled and has practically nothing to lose from it. The LSF thread is actually pretty bizarre with everybody acting like SS is some menace to society who needs to be stopped (people talking about him "looking dangerous") when in reality he's just some guy who loiters around and annoys people. In a way I guess it makes sense though since an average Twitch/LSF user is probably a 14-year old suburban teenager who has zero exposure to IP2 style livestreaming so SS might seem like a total lunatic. In reality, the Twitch streamers got off really easy and should be lucky they didn't have to go head to head with somebody like Sanchez who probably would've caused another "Ice's stream sniper pulls a fire extinguisher in a restaurant" situation.
