In this article's videoclip, there's hugging and kissing by Dr Bowers and Dr Ting — Bowers seems willing to grab the entre family, Ting is only seen hugging Greg, but the way everyone got up when the doctors came into the room shows the family were used to it or even initiated it. It is sad to see how many doubts Jazz expressed about the surgery even in just this clip. You can really see her immaturity when the doctor brings up testosterone cream and Jazz won't hear it. If a more mature person were considering that surgery, they would be able to weigh the discomfort of enlarging their genitals with the gratification of having a less-hazardous surgery experience. Jazz is so used to being spoiled in most respects that she doesn't do anything that makes her uncomfortable (such as therapy) and she is focused only on instant gratification as if a surgeon is supposed to wave a magic wand and actually change her sex. Meanwhile, probably every other person around Jazz's age is going through puberty and experiencing changes to their body that they are uncomfortable with and they just tough it out. On one hand, I don't blame her for having this ridiculous notion of what SRS is, since she has been raised on a constant diet of SRS being a magic pill for all her problems. Jazz's behavior should have tipped off that doctor that Jazz isn't mature enough to make the choice of going into surgery.
