The California Superior Court has released several documents relating to Tomlinson v. John Does 1-60 here. Check this post for a direct link to the lolsuit magnum opus, Jeggrey's Declaration.

The documents on that site are basically the legal back-and-forth between Fatrick's minion and the lawyer of Quasi, the site owner of onaforums.net. The fourth document, titled 'DECLARATION OF JEGGREY [sic] M. ROSENFELD IN SUPPORT OF PETITION TO QUASH SUBPOENA TO CLOUDFLARE, INC. FILED BY PETITIONER DOE 1, JOHN' is the most relevant to us, because Mr. Rosenfeld was kind enough to attach a whole bunch of other documents as supporting evidence, including the original complaint by Patrick. We now have a complete overview and chronology of the details of the case, which were quite murky until now. I'll try to summarize the original complaint here:
  • Patrick alleges that the John Does are guilty of defaming him, writing fake book reviews, harassment and death threats to him and his family. We get some blatant lies presented as factual allegations right off the bat, as Resto asserts that onaforums.net is ''exclusively dedicated to shaming, defaming and harassing'' Patrick.
  • The complaint continues by listing the John Does by their respective crimes. John Doe 1 is Quasi, guilty of founding the internet hate machine.
  • John Does 2-7 are accused of falsely calling Pat a pedophile on onaforums.
  • John Does 8-28 are held responsible for leaving and/or encouraging others to leave false negative book reviews. Here's where the case starts to fall apart, because they've basically thrown every negative book review Fat has ever received into this category, and insist that they must be O&A trolls. Some of the negative reviews clearly are, calling Patrick an alt-right rapist and such, but plenty other examples they dredge up are just people going ''not a great book''. They've thrown in genuine Amazon reviews by regular people to pad their numbers.
  • [Resto now ditches the per-crime basis format and the complaint from here on is just an unorganized list of random allegations that have little to do with eachother]
  • John Does 29-30 are dudes (mostly onaforums user SpaceEdge) who posted Pats phone number and called him up, asking about his wife's sex life. Tyrone gets an honorable mention.
  • John Does 32-35 is mostly people telling Patrick to kill himself.
  • John Doe 36 registered http://patrickstomlinson.net/, an unforgivable offence to a narcissist.
  • John Doe 37 is @Caverlock. His crimes are many.
  • John Doe 38-60 left twenty-three unflattering comments on an online obituary page for one of Patrick's parents. Considering how easily you can abuse a comment section on a site like that, there's nothing to suggest it wasn't just one person doing all the work.
  • Resto then lies by saying that Patrick has attempted to block the dastardly trolls, instead of constantly engaging and provoking them and gloating about it.
  • It's stated that the goal of the John Does is to ''tarnish Plaintiff's name with online algorithms'', even though half the allegations have nothing to do with it.
DassaResto demands justice on these counts:
  1. DEFAMATION - Patrick allegedly lost 50.000 dollarydoos due to this.
  2. INVASION OF PRIVACY - also worth $50.000, somehow.
  3. CYBER PIRACY (yarrr) - holy shit he really is upset about that patrickstomlinson site.
  4. INTENTIONAL "INFICTION" OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS - guess how much he wants for this.
  5. TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE - funnily enough, this is the one area where he DOESN'T list any financial damages suffered.
  6. CIVIL CONSPIRACY
Those are just the cliff notes detailing the content. I really need to stress how awful the writing is. Not just in it's argumentation, the whole text is rife with logical inconsistenties and basic spelling errors. Resto frequently makes contradictory and bizarre assertions, which, given the sloppiness of the prose, are most likely lazy errors. For example, you may have noticed that John Doe 31 isn't specifically mentioned. Instead, it's stated on page 15 that John Doe 32 owns two different accounts on onaforums.net. He mixes up the John Doe numbers multiple times as well. It completely undermines your argument and case if you can't even get key details like which person did what right. I really fucking doubt Resto is this incompetent, even a hung-over freshman knows to throw his essays through a spellchecker. It leads me to believe that he knows this case is a complete dud, and he can't even be bothered to do anything beyond the bare minimum to keep the ball rolling and the paychecks coming in.

This is fucking hilarious. It's been a complete shambles from the getgo. No wonder Judge Ashley was completely befuddled by this case, everything makes even less sense then it does in reality when all you've got to go on is this laughable mess of a suit.

I've seen very little mention of it, and it's not that negative. I think most people understand that he had to do what he had to do, and I believe he did say that he would do it. Anyone with a brain will be using a VPN and burner email anyway, so all the information is useless. He's not going to sacrifice himself and become the lightning rod for the anger of an insane person, and I can't say I blame him, especially if all that info he valiantly defends turns out to be unusable anyway.

She isn't the only one, a lot of the Does are pointing out holes in this story. They're being accused of things they very obviously didn't do or the context is completely misrepresented, and they're relentlessly mocking Pat and Brinton over these basic errors. I'll try to compile their criticisms soon.

The most embarassing thing is that it was the Court site's mistake, it's spelled perfectly fine on the actual document. Apparently Resto isn't the only lawfag who can't be bothered to use Spellcheck.

Pat's also going after Mewler, who as far as I'm aware only made those knitted dolls of him and would report on his dwindling Twitter followers in the Mewler Report.

It also cost Quasi almost $12,000 to hire a lawyer and file a counter motion or whatever it's called. My hope is Fatprick will have to pay for multiple John Does legal expenses in the end.

Also the funniest part of his filing is when it quotes a John Doe who called Pat's wife a "barren lesbian" then it says, "Plaintiff's wife is not a lesbian." LMFAO

I was purple in the face from laughing so hard at this. We are still missing his exhibit, which is presumably a bunch of screenshots of reviews of his books from the likes of "Nigel Igger" and other rapscallions whose avatars are pictures of Patrick sucking Trump's dick and similar.

Reads a lot like Jim Sterling vs. Romine Brothers lawsuit, that is an "artist" suing detractors for trolling and review-bombing. Romines actually got it worse, I think at one point they mentioned getting feces in the mail.
