It looks like he was threatening to fuck with the vet's reputation by making a viral video, pointing the camera at his face. Vet tells him to stop filming and when he refuses grabs for the phone--client decides to punch him instead of deleting the video, gets unloaded on. It's a device that holds whippits, nitrous oxide normally used for making whipped cream etc airy.
