I don't think Youtube is using tranny jannies either; most of the mean things get sorted out by a robot. I know this because I've tried commenting mean things before and when I checked back seconds later they weren't there because they were never posted in the first place. I really wonder if any of their moderation at this point is done by humans or if the entire thing is automated and they only have people for appeals. That would explain why random people get banned for no reason while at the same time you've got to entire channels of people lighting cats on fire that take years to go down. They can get away with it as long as they don't say bad words that the advertisers don't like.

Man imagine pitying someone for reaching 1M sub within 8 months. Jeez not even traditional streamer or youtuber can reach 1M that fast.

Man i feel bad for pekora for reaching 1Million slower than the newer gen, i kinda feel bad that she is only 4th most watch female streamer last year and just 3rd in super chat feels bad. Imagine pitying because she is not first in everything lmao.

Kiara is basically eating in a expensive restaurant but still whines because its not a 5 star restaurant while ignoring beggar eating shit on the street.

Like the video Town Drunk posted, Watame also had numberfagging tendencies until Coco shook some sense into her. And it was honestly worse because this wasn't even about the last place, but for the mid-spot of her gen. (Worth noting that she's my oshi) But since then she's grown incredibly as a person. I honestly would have hoped that Kiara, like her, would have grown out of it by now, or someone would have a talking to her about it. But here we are.

And the similarity of both of them stating that they work hard isn't lost on me. But again, Watame had her eyes opened to see that everyone worked hard to get where they were. Kiara either doesn't see it or doesn't want to admit that Ina does quite a bit offstream for Hololive as well, including literally doing the illustrations for some of the merch.

⬆️ this so much. Consider we also have “fail” idols like Matsuri and Nene, yet they are still doing pretty good so far. Nene is growing on her audience slowly but steady pace. I guess that the difference between domestic idol vs oversea idol Japan produced.
Idol scene in Japan is surely cutthroat and most of “not sale” or “fail” idols are at least those who can assume refuse to sleep their way up.

Sheep is my oshi too and I remember that time, /jp/ was memeing the shit out of her, rightfully so, for number fagging her friend Kanata in broad daylight, but thankfully Watame has come a long way to the point Wata no Uta not only helped her establish herself and her character, but went on through numerous possible closures. Her mellowing out and realizing that her fans just want her there and that no matter how she was feeling, getting her fans to hang out with her at her most work stressed and lonely moments really helped me start calling her my oshi.


As for Kiara, I think a lot of people have a point, while yes there's this reason or that that Kiara understandably feels the way she does, she needs to stop and look at the fact that of a million people, some of them would want nothing else but to watch her stream and have fun and that she has more people than she could even meet as a fully realized idol day in and out is the most important thing. Eventually chicken will calm the fuck down and when she does I think a lot of the things will just be in the past.

Hell, even Yagoo and some others follow and admires Ina's roommate for her job. The most the chicken had was being invited to the VCon or something. She needs to be grounded about her privileges and see the bigger picture.
