I just think Sander is a grifter who is trying to leach off Jazz’s “fame” to parlay some sort of celebrity career for himself. Sure sibling love/pity may also come into it. But he could do that just as well away from tiktok.
There is lots of literature (cba to search out and link) on the correlation between childhood abuse and binge eating disorder. Also sexual assault/abuse victims later getting binge eating disorder. Also if we’re talking in Freudian terms, Jazz has never been allowed to develop beyond the oral fixation stage of childhood. Binge eating is a self comforting behaviour that has become an addiction. At this stage he would benefit from a rehab environment to explore his psychological triggers and relearn hunger cues and eating as nutrition, not comfort. Im amazed that his family haven’t suggested it, or maybe they have, and if Sander really cared he’d be trying to stage an intervention in private, not parading himself and Jazz on social media.

As others have pointed out, I hope Jazz never gets into drugs or alcohol.

Agree about Sanders. He would not have any type of "platform" if not for Jazz. I do think he genuinely cares about her, but he's also trying to capitalize on her fame. He isn't getting a job because he thinks he's an influencer, but he's not. He also just comes off as pathetic and desperate.

There's no way he isn't severely dependent on painkillers, and has been for years now. I noticed a long time ago that while surgical procedures & progress are actively advertised & disseminated by his mother, medications are a no-go topic. The most I've ever heard about his medication regime are mood stabilizers; I can't recall many instances where the eunuch is in visible pain, and he would be if it weren't for being doped to the gills.

A heavy duty opiate dependency would definitely exacerbate his weight gain, it's not just binging. But they'll never willingly disclose anything of the sort, and Jarron probably doesn't even realize how deep into it he is.
