There is a video of him getting a tattoo where he starts meowing. He did post a video specifically of the bouncing and squeaking, but managed to frame it in such a way that he appeared to be masturbating. In typical Phil fashion, he’s fine with posting stuff that makes him look like a retard until you point out how much of a retard he looks, so he took that video down.

I don’t think there’s any reason to doubt it. Underneath all the posturing, Phil actually is aware of his own inadequacy, but he thinks no one else can see it. He’s genuinely ashamed of being a mong, so when he inadvertently reveals that aspect of himself (or at least, when he’s made aware he’s done so), damage control kicks in. When we laughed at his FAS eyes, he started wearing shades. When we laughed at him flailing like a spastic on Tiktok, he made it private. And when we pointed out that his bouncing and squeaking just looked like he was fapping, he took that down.

As an autist with no theory of mind, he often doesn’t realise how ridiculous he looks until it’s pointed out to him. I’d imagine he’s very frustrated that people always see through his act.

The hilarious irony is that Phil ALWAYS looks ridiculous, no matter what he does, and he juat doesn't realize it. And it isn't just to us mean ol' cyberbowies, but pretty much everyone else who meets him. The only people Phil has been able to convince with his bullshit have been other retards, and even most of them realize that he's full of shit after knowing him a short while. This Rache person who is squatting with Phil, if they're real, is either another mush-brained SpEd like Phil is, or they're playing along with Phil to continue to have a free place to stay. There have been a few people who have played along with Phil's delusions, usually either because they wanted him to play along with their own delusions (his Ain't-ifa LARPer friends), or because they saw Phil as basically a 350lb child playing make-believe as a defense mechanism and didn't want to hurt the tard's feelings. Could be a similar case with Rache.
