While everything you've said is true, I think the real, ultimate problem is that the cleaning ladies don't do decluttering. They clean. So to prepare to have the cleaning people over she would need to get rid of box mountain 2.0, put all her trash away and clean out her room. That just ain't gonna happen. Source: I too am a slob, although not this extreme and I spent two days getting my home ready for a deep cleaning.

Whether it is purging or a fucked up bodily system (or multiple) I have a feeling she's going to be in a world of hurt before too long. Those giving her 5 years might be being generous at this point.

Or... She is consuming the same amount of junk food and calories that she always has, it takes a lot to maintain and gain at her size. We just did not see how much she was actually eating before, as most of it was off camera, until she decided she didn't give a shit and started all the marathon streaming. The weight loss might actually be the only positive thing about her toxic relationship because she is getting her fat ass out of bed and going over to Dom's house instead of laying in bed like a beached whale, it is amazing what a little activity can do. She also ate less when with him initially as she was embarrassed of her pig self, now that he has seen her channel, and her being more comfortable eating around him she will start gaining again. Those, along with the medication are the most likely reasons. It wasn't an amazing amount of weight loss we are talking about. Her health has been fucked for a long time now. She knows and does not care as she is likely past the point of no return, even if she went on a diet and lost the weight, her organs are irreversibly damaged, she is dying, so let her eat what she wants and screw who she wants, and film it to get enough money to support her habits. It's really not that complicated.

The Scram Kiddos 18+ video was the most boring stream ever. I listened to the whole video this morning at 2x (with AdBlock) while I worked. The only thing of note is at the end (2:29:00) Peetz comes in and drops her clean undies she forgot about in the dryer. He gives her shit and Chinny gives him the teenage eyeroll "whatever" treatment. She's been hunting for clean panties for DAYS. She's so infuriating. The Nader dump chimpout can't come soon enough!

Chinny is losing more and more brain cells by the minute with all the edibles and sleeping without her CPAP machine.

Home Cleaning is a private contact. These days you can pay people privately to do anything you want done and are prepared to pay for...you just have to find the right person desperate enough for the dollars. Sure there are folk who won't do the declutter, but there are ones who are only too happy to negotiate a price for doing a job from start to finish. In her case, her decluttering plus a thorough clean would likely be a similar overall cost as her pathetic box removal and could even include the completion of the construction of her dining chairs, the small cupboard by the stairs, and putting together and organising her bakers rack. An additional hundred bucks or so would cover organising her kitchen drawers and cupboards in an orderly fashion as well as kitting out her bedroom with a rubbish receptacle. After that she could easily get a professional steam cleaner in to do her carpets and couches. The declutter is a one-off as long as she maintained a regular weekly cleaning spot for her chosen person to come and do the work. I doubt she'll do it, simply because any routine is too much for, plus I do think she does carry a lot of shame regarding the state her home is in.

I know I joked before about this turning into The Truman Show, but I think it's safe to say that it IS The Truman Show now, only with worse acting, less overt product placement, and a more boring plot.

She is wearing that dirty filthy dress that she layed around in the other night after getting home from "Egypt's" house, she admitted she didn't wash the dress, and assured everyone she took it off straight away. Bullshit, she came home in that dress and layed around for hours. The same with the lingerie she hasn't washed that either.

I can't imagine the stench her family is going to have to put up with when she arrives for dinner.

But it's ok, she had a perfume bath!
