That's a crazy amount of time to be in hospital for. You can have whole organs removed or joints rearranged and be out in under 24 hours - and have less swelling. If it was a trach shave, too, why is all the swelling in his face/cheeks? Chin I can understand a bit if they went in through there, but trach is throat. No reason for his cheeks to be looking like he's been chewing on a swarm of bees.
Also I thought he was bragging about how this fancy experimental procedure was going to be scarless due to "going through the lip" or something? Seems like having a whole ass tube stuck in your chin for a week might cause a scar...

I feel like you can just plug this shit in like MadLibs and it would make the same amount of sense. Here, "agender femme pansexuals are acephobic, transphobic, and erase bisexual aromantics". Is that a real sentence that has meaning? Who knows? Maybe "transmaculine agender women are valid, and genderfluid demisexual biromantics are being transmisogynist and ableist when they try to silence their voices" makes sense to someone? Who's to say?
