There are literally no exigent circumstances that can minimize this. It doesn't become okay because you were 18, or because you are retarded, or because she did drugs and was already a slut. Chaggot's facebook vids from when he was 20-21 don't really strike me as any more autistic than your average wigger. He seems like he would understand age of consent. No, this is not a civil matter. The state can prosecute regardless of the victim's wishes. If chaggot is detestable enough the state might want to get him off the streets

Yeah, in reality, it's not all that likely (still possible) that the victim will seek any sort of legal action at this point. As Chaggot said himself, he probably gave her PTSD, so I'm sure she doesn't want it brought back up ten years later and just wants to move along. I can't see a prosecutor picking this up with nothing to go on but a livestream, a first name, and a blurry picture, either. But at the same time, Chaggot's never gonna escape this label at this point. The best he can do is rage here and on the IP2 boards and on Twitter and Facebook.
