I don't know those women specifically, but I'd agree stomach tattoos are probably the worst. I think tattoos on (seemingly) many women is just the general masculinizing trend and the loss of femininity/natural womanly beauty. It's rare I see women in a dress or skirt anymore.

I think personally the kind of tattoos which can look hot on a woman are small ankle or leg tattoos, kind of like the ones that old school strippers had back in the day. But yeah, I honestly can't remember the last time I saw a girl my age (30-40 age range) just wearing a skirt in public. I only ever see them wearing baggy waist-high pants in some half-assed attempt at looking like Billie Eyelash or some shit.

In regards to what? In games and anime absolutely, and it's only a matter of time until Disney sinks it's teeth into that market and waters it down.

But if you're talking about porn that's a different beast altogether. My information is very dated so take everything with a grain of salt but the Japanese porn industry suffers from many problems. One of the top problems being that the yakuza still maintains a significant hold on the industry. Back when they were stronger that hold was vice-like but since they've been cracking down on the yakuza the hold has weakened somewhat, but is still quite firm. Another, more hilarious problem is that they're suffering from an extreme lack of male porn stars. I forget the ratio of male to female porn actors but at one point it was something like one guy to several hundred women. It's gotten so bad that at one point they were willing to audition Australian foreign talent. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable with less dated information than I can give a better rundown. Just some fun facts about the current(?) state of the Japanese porn industry!

the responsible thing to do now would be to for her to completely retire the "lana rhoades" name and internet persona, and go full DFE on her entire online presence. maybe even consider changing her real name to a new one that is not connected or associated with her old identity, and try to keep the new one a secret as much as possible.
with all that out of the way, move to a different state where nobody knows her. also adopt a different look (different hair color at least) to reduce the risk of some coomer recognizing her IRL from looks alone.
