The new season is going to have to be about Jazz dealing with his weight and I wouldn't be surprised to see more of Sander to make up for Jazz lacking charisma. Jazz used to have charisma, used to have a youthful joy and energy that comes naturally to kids but damn, it's all gone now.

Mouth looks a little weird but alternate universe Jaron looks pretty normal. Even with the weight, he’s not unusually chunky for his age, and the protruding gut won’t look out of place either.

Each breast is bigger than his head - that's got to be seriously uncomfortable. Someone should think about breast reduction surgery for Jazz (though the idea of the poor kid going under the knife again is also equally awful) .

That third pic, the side angle, holy fuck. I'm surprised a bra can hold those things off the ground. It's so freaky how it hasn't done much to his face. It's like Jaron just slipped into his body like a jumpsuit.

If memory serves, that was the result of our very own Susie Green engaging in pediatric SRS tourism. The Thais, as I understand it, are pretty based about trooning out despite it's prominence in their culture. They understand that it's plastic surgery and doesn't make you "become" the thing you're pretending to be.

But yeah, when one of the two leading countries on earth for SRS says "no, this shit is fucked up" maybe you should listen?

They would be, if they didn't quickly realize that at that size they can cause major backpain, breathing problems and worse. They're not anime titties, they don't just float around. They're happy to fantasize about it, not happy when confronted with reality.

Jazz's are definitely at the level of potentially causing major pain. They would probably go down if he lost weight, and honestly he would probably have to lose weight to even qualify for breast reduction.

Here's some quick info about it:

First the technical reasons. Once you are significantly overweight your risk of having a complication after any procedure increase. Complications like infection , wound healing problems and damage to the blood supply of the nipple related to surgery are relatively uncommon in breast reduction but once your weight starts rising so does the risks of surgery,

Secondly most women who are overweight realise some of the fullness they are seeing and which is causing symptoms is not actually breast tissue at all. For example, women often identify the fullness and fatty tissue on the chest wall under where your arms sit when they are by your sides as a particular problem. This tissue is beyond the breast tissue .It is not breast tissue in most cases it is fatty tissue. Whilst we can try and decrease the fullness in this area with liposuction at the time of breast reduction surgery it is much better to reduce this area by weight loss prior to surgery.

If they do breast reduction while you're very overweight, you'll end up with weird flat boobs because they don't actually know what it will look like without the fat.

Women can have wide chests and large breasts, but it's never fun. It's not how other people, especially men, imagine it to be.
This meme, for example, is surprisingly accurate to how having large breasts can make you look like you are overweight.

In this case, however, you can SEE the stomach.
