This is the new narrative that's been pushed currently as the denial of Covid-19 being man made becomes untenable.

The WIV is, at least in part, a bio-weapons research facility. The CCP does not do purely civilian research, all R&D in China, from cellphones to nuclear reactors, must feed into and serve the military.
Actors within the American deep state decided to funnel money into the WIV. Why did the CCP allow American government funds to go to their most important bio-weapons research facility?
We know that biological material was transferred from Canada to Wuhan to support the research. This could not have been done without the permission of the US government.
Assuming that Covid-19 was developed in the WIV it seems apparent the main focus of the research was to challenge the target virus to become highly transmissible into human cells.
Remember when the outbreak of the virus occurred the CCP immediately shut down travel from Wuhan into the rest of China but allowed and encouraged travel from Wuhan to Europe and the US.
I'm not sure if the virus was leaked accidentally or deliberately, but if deliberate this is an act of war.
