Disregarding post counts/scores, just read the below info. I still think you're baiting though.

If creating overlays over copyrighted tucker/news clips, custom borders and titles, random songs playing throughout the stream to match whatever situation occurred, providing commentary when possible, replacing copyrighted songs used in the opening and closing of the show, interacting with chat isn't transformative enough, then this would apply to pretty much every stream snipe ever made.

There are plenty of streams where there is almost no content that Ralph can rightly flag down as DMCA. Is it cool that he does that? No it's blatant, unapologetic flaggotry. But I can find it funny that everyone gets butthurt when the obvious happens.

I wanted to let those two speak for themselves. Either way, I'm burned out on Ralph snipes. He's just going to continue being a fat flaggot wherever I go, even if I take callers, put his voice through a silly filter, and have his stream up on a virtual TV in some sort of vaporwave studio backdrop PNG. It's just not worth the time and effort. I had fun, and I hope the hate watchers did too, but its just too much hassle to hand shit out in private, make new channels every other week and deal with a gunted hobbit DMCAing me for laughing at him.

what is this language? an inquisition? "well you say that but actually i found an exception, wheres your excuse now young man?" ralph had a stream that was over half an hour or iirc even near an hour tucker while he was sitting there saying nothing because he was in a mood. this is just systematic removal of anyone criticizing or mocking ralph plain and simple, he didnt do this when everyone said ok things about him.

Ralph's always at his least entertaining when the Killstream is live. If Pho's retiring, is somebody sniping in his absence even necessary? I get wanting to deny Ralph the viewers but the shows are always so uneventful I don't know why anybody would bother at this point.

If anything someone should download the live version of every show and have it replaced after the next show. Just for archive purposes of the once every 3 months Ralph does something crazy. Seems like more and more his insanity happens off the Killstream though.

eh theres becoming less and less point, ive not watched in a bit even, his fans are donating pocket change and are dwindling down to below 100, hes doing even less and taking even less risks. anytime there has been something happened it hasnt been worth archiving. its all just kinda dead, odysee is also now in both the media's and the government's spot light and after that i dont even know where the gunt is going to go, trovo is 100 percent going to ban him. hes taking less and less chances to try and preserve himself and ive no doubt his recent dime earning "bloodsports" was prefaced with a day or two of ralph trying to push the rules and guidelines and tos to the guests past his fatty drank coated tongue.
