That poor fucking stove.
A beautiful lady. What the fuck is this?
I think the big thing that works against the Tranch for any form of self defense claim is they never contacted the police so there is no paper trail of ongoing threats they tried to deal with through the proper channels, but there is an extensive paper trail of them talking about killing people for coming on their property.Depends on state, depends on what you do, when you do it, and who sees it. Also depends on if this the first time or not.
As others said, you need to prove fear of threat or danger. If its the first time you just point a gun at someone on your lawn, at most you'll get a talking to by the officer about "At least warn them off your property before you draw down on them"; if it becomes a habit, they will probably try to get you on something to hopefully make them stop. But more importantly, it establishes a record of you being an unhinged looney so if you do end up injuring or killing someone, you will have one hell of a time proving necessary self defense.
IANAL, but I believe if you are one your property and the person is someone without a legal right to be on your property, you can't get got for brandishing. But you could get got for menacing if that's a thing you can be got for in your jurisdiction.
So easy I almost feel bad...
"We all float down here Georgie"So easy I almost feel bad...
These men that actively try to convince everyone that they're true and honest women really did just post pics of themselves looking like crazy axe murderers.
Is covering the stove THIS hard? I thought it's some basic human thing that you just know: cover your shit if you can't get it out of the way. That's not autism, that's downright down's syndrome.
Personally, I love the spray bottle of Clorox off to one side, posed as if trying to convince us they actually take care of their stove. Too bad they got wood, drywall, plaster, and paint all over the poor damn thing, which is going to smell fantastic next time they go to cook. You ever try to get plaster dust out of something? It never comes clean, no matter how much you scrub. Is covering the stove THIS hard? I thought it's some basic human thing that you just know: cover your shit if you can't get it out of the way. At that point you look like you were just looking to kill which is going to mitigate how threatened they can claim to feel under legal interpretations.
I'm not a lawyer but I read a lot and there was a case in Minnesota a bit similar, there were caveats different than this but the principle would work out the same way. (Wiki overview) The nail in the guy's coffin was recordings of himself he made before the burglars arrived where he whispered about killing them, its pretty eerie. I think thats less damning than months old tweets preparing to kill Nazis who may not also have addictions like the two teens killed in Minnesota.
