Mmm, I doubt. In a way those 'sensible' troons are still using the underlying institution to live out their fantasy even if they're honest about it. They're still validated by their psychologist, endocrinologists, surgeons, lawyers and bureaucrats to be true wahmens. They system is made to cater to them because it makes money. That's the reason why troonism fly at a today. For an AGP At one point crossdressing in front of their wives will stop giving them any pleasures, and if the world has made a illusion beyond crossdressing possible in institutional level - that is, trooning out, they'll inevitably do it if we support them that way.
It might be, in some way, better if society acknowledge the existence of AGP. But acknowledging doesn't mean we have to give into it. It's a fetish, you can make the discussion as open as you want. There's a reason why I think Truscum and 'self aware' troons are more dangerous than the totally lunatic ones. Somehow I actually do agree with some points there, most detransitioners have zero accountability. They're still narcs that blame everyone for their own decision. r/Detrans particularly, like to tell recently detrooners who were not dealing well with their guilt to shift blame it on doctors and their moms instead.
But having no personal accountability is probably a trait you need to have to troon out in the first place.

Mst troons and detrooners think that their bodies are like Lego pieces, you can remove and swap around parts at will - and there's no difference between real breasts and a silicone.
