They are going over "Heart of Ice" as an example of why BTAS is bad, Heart of Ice, the episode that defined Mr. Freeze for the modern era of comics, introduced his wife Nora as part of his backstory and motivation, and is the episode that definitively separated Victor from his Mr. Zero/Adam West Batman character. At this point I can't even get mad at this, he's getting boring at this point, his contrarianism is just tiring at this point.

Why was Ryan Kinel calling out rumors and fans who believe and discuss them when if I am not mistaken, he himself has made videos and streams when it comes to the Disney Star Wars rumor mill and the faggot would recount the same stories referenced from the same websites as Doom (when a source is provided that is). I don't like Doomcock but I feel this was a really fucking stupid take for Ryan Kinel to hold.
It kills me that this this wannabe alpha chad didn't see how he has a crossover audience with Doom, as if Ryan thinks him and his intellectual viewers are above that very nonsense he reports on too. The irony is pretty good, but oh well Ryan and the rest of these fuckers will keep pumping out videos how all these companies and other people are so disrespectful to the fans...fucking lol. This fucker really has no self awareness but I suppose that is why he is on the Friday Night Tights circle jerk panel.
Tbh hearing that Rags said something when this was going on I found to be kind of nice for whatever that is worth. You would think Gary would have had the decency to say something. But I guess he did not want to cause more drama and damage the grift that is the superchat void Gary finds himself in.
Anyone see signs of the grift from this community coming to an end? With all the infighting it feels like their community is being broken up fast. Me personally, seeing them go face down and ass up for WB and Zack Snyder was the last I needed to watch and I wish I never even bothered with that. But watching the SJW's of TFM screeching in jealousy about the boys autistic club house that is Friday Night Tights is pretty funny.

everyone knows that Doomcock's ''sources'' are stupid, so I dont know why is anyone even taking him serious. I do find it funny tho, how Ryan is always acting like a tough internet guy, while we all saw what kind of a giant pussy he is when daddy Zack Snyder came on the stream.

This reminds me of when DigiBro would do My Little Pony videos and complain that a cartoon horse show didn't have lesbian romance or anime character arcs. I get not agreeing with "it's just a kid's show", but the target audience should absolutely be considered. Kids don't give a shit about symbolism, subtext and definitely not autistic pedantry about established rules. Which seems like kind of a misnomer in the conext of that episode, the whole thing literally takes place in a dream.

Those things are usually baked into the core of the show for older fans, kids get a kick out of the bright colours and likable characters. It's fine to accept a show for either style.

Batman is a special exception since it already has a pre-established adult fanbase, and even then the more mature episodes are probably more to the benefit of the writers than any audience. Most kids shows don't write largely for adults, and when these manchildren expect kids TV to be like their Evangelions its like barging into a gay bar and demanding they get some female strippers in there. Just let the kids have something for once. There's nothing wrong with enjoying a children's show, but expecting it to cater to your adult sensibilities is what's really immature.
I personally can't think of a kid's show that wasn't immediately ruined when it tried appealing to its adult fanbase.
