Also figures that Douchette doesn't realize Vic didn't transfer his home to "shield" it. Texas has strong protection for debtors. You can't take their house.

A technical error messed up the submission that Vic's council made at the last moment (because Lemoine has a pattern of amending his fillings with brand new bullshit each time Vic's council makes a submission to force them to amend their own filling to reply in hope that they won't be able to do it in time).
Greg keeps saying that Ty failled that submission, but doesn't say that the document was actuallty succesfully submitted around 00h15, that the technical error was aknowledged by the court, and that the document was therefore accepted as timely, which means that Ty actually didn't fail its submission.
Greg, as the lying moron he is, pretends to be a failled submission a document that Chupp didn't rule as a failled submission...
It's always the same thing: They keep lying thinking that we will forget about the details they purposefully left out of their little tweets.
As for the hair pulling gif they keep using, it's a gif of Vic making a hair pulling move while saying he didn't do anything like that.
And that's the reason why it's a gif: They don't want the audio in, that would debunk their false narrative.
Not only Vic didn't not admit pulling Jamie's hair, this gif is actually him explicitly denying it.

Even if he did unequivocally admit to pulling Jamie's hair, there's also the fact that Vic never admitted to, and broadly denied in his declaration, the more damaging aspects of the story, like he wrenched her head back.
