I'm sure it's the combination of all these things. I believe most of his remaining followers are youtube only people, who don't follow his social media, cause boogie is just rough to be around. Everyone always tries to give him some positive feedback and overall be like "hey, everything can be well" while boogie is that annoying little fucker, who never stops their "oh things too bad".

Same with haters, everyone told him the solution, other youtubers, his fans, etc. "Stop responding to trolls, just do your thing and ignore them". I had already stopped watching him long before the S&T megathread. His content was let's be honest not of the highest quality and it got stale for me. I'm sure that's the same for most people and what started the decline. S&T only highlighted his many lies and real persona. Something Boogie was already doing with his frequent hot takes and post-Dez lifestyle exposing himself as a no-nothing asshole who used pity to gaslight everyone.

So even if Boogie had ignored S&T, Kiwifarms, and all his critics he would still have declined in popularity. The only thing that could have saved him was a complete change in personality and a massive increase in his content quality. Which without Dez doing all the work for him, was never going to happen.

Though I'm sure Boogie himself prefers the version where his downfall is all because of S&T. He gets to play the victim of evil trolls that away. No self-introspection required for his giant ego.
