I don't know if it was in the same live, but she did mention oh-so casually, that it could be her liver. Out of all her many health problems, that one may be the worst and should be the most concerning. But she's only concerned about the most superficial things. It's all about how she looks on the outside, not that she might be dying inside.

Ironically, the foods to eat and to avoid are the same for both FLD and diabetes. But Chins of course just doubles down on the foods to avoid.

You completely nailed this, I was about to say something very similar about Chantal's reaction to her weight and the claims that she's somehow lying about it (despite it being read out by an electronic scale).

I already wrote a long ass thesis about how most claims that Chantal is lying about various major things are based on a fundamental misunderstanding of her personality and a serious inability to read behavior, so I won't rehash it all here, but it still applies. Chantal is not that type of liar. We fucking know this. Stop. Move on. Give it up. It's a fantasy. Christ. If she were lying, she would not have questioned if the scale was defective and she wouldn't have looked scared. She would have said "yay me! I'm so proud of myself SEXERCISE GUISE!!!" and moved on.

Questioning if there was a problem with the scale and acting concerned would be like...advanced, next-level lying. The seriously strategic kind most normal people aren't capable of, let alone someone who is below average like Chantal. That kind of thing would require real knowledge of constructing a believable lie, what a good lie vs a bad lie looks like, control over one's emotions (which we know Chantal don't have), and the ability to think in a Machiavellian, strategic way. That would be a detail that most average people would not think to include to make their lie more believable, and that therefore implies that Chantal is above average in that category. It's fantasy. She's not capable of subtly like that.

Connecting the dots here on some of the things Chantal has said about her abdominal swelling, vomiting blood and her previous diagnosis of NAFLD is dead on and it's honestly refreshing to see someone capable of, you know...looking at the evidence and coming up with a conclusion based on reality instead of the usual bullshit pulled out of a hat common in discussions of Chantal. I agree that it's most likely weight loss due to a medical issue, possibly cirrhosis like you mentioned (although I really don't see any jaundice in her eyes and skin...). Some posters have suggested that she's recording a fake weight on one phone and then somehow playing that recording while weighing herself, with the scale muted, on video on her other phone. Pulling off the delicate timing on that sort of operation would be difficult and require practice for an average person, I can't even imagine Chantal pulling it off without bungling it horribly.

If she were really down to 338lbs, let’s be real that would be a loss of over 100lbs. We all know her highest weight was way more than 402lbs, it was more like 440lbs (if not higher).
