This is why you have to enjoy shit while it lasts. If this ends up being the thing that kicks off a mass exodus of Hololive talent then so be it. It was enjoyable and had lots of laughs along the way, with clips still there for people to watch.

I think why this hits hard for people who enjoy Hololive is both the impact she had in bringing over the English fanbase, the bullshit with the Chinese and that she is really the first established member retiring. Yeah, there was Aloe, but that was in a week of debuting. Coco has been around since 2019 and is massively popular, so it stings bad.

The point is that this isn't the send off that the community would have expected and that Hololive could have profited from. Something is afoot, whether sinister or not, there more reasons behind it all. All we can do in the meantime is Archive, sub to kson ONAIR channel, Archive some more, and wait for definitive information so we can swing these mixed feelings right into somethings teeth or swallow them. Also, Archive!
