Kiwi MD here...

I suspect that what Chinni-chin-chin has is just a cold, maybe coof but not an STD.

Let me explain, it is not uncommon for immune system to temporarily weaken as a result of taking stimulants.

Molly out of the bunch may be one of the worst offenders in this case. It may also contribute to irritability in following days as it pretty much "depletes" neurotransmitters. And give an explanation of wonderful "Danielle" tick.

Of course STD is not out of the question, considering Piggy is, well, Piggy. But I find it far less likely to be so.

Edit: Peetz calling Cantal for her to take him to comic store

Not to play Doctor or PL in any way, but I had a family member die of diabetic nephropathy (AKA diabetic kidney disease) with symptoms not too far off as Chinny. Reddish piss (protein/ red blood cells in urine), always being cold, worse shortness of breath than usual, increased fatigued, difficulty being lucid, Of course, the last three could just be a side effect of her weight and THC usage, but I wouldn’t put the possibility off the table. However, people with Diabetic Nephropathy usually lose their appetite and we can clearly tell that isn’t an issue with her.

Is it me or does Chantal look quite yellow? I'm no doctor but I hope the next arc in her saga is a lifethreatening illness because I want her to suffer the consequences of years of abusing her body.
She always has shit lighting so it could be that but I like to thinks it’s her liver giving her the middle finger before it dies.

@manicunt (the exfriend she argued with years ago) said Chantal had issues with cysts since high school. She put her issues off for decades.

Opioids also cause dry mouth which lead to tooth decay and loss.
Personally, I'm in the "looks like pain pills" team. Or even Suboxone, perhaps?
Suboxone gives the same effects as pain pills and causes dry mouth.
The user can also have hot flashes and/or feel colder than usual.
There's no way she's on suboxone.. that would require her to see someone about having an addiction...there's no way her ego will let her do that, she won't even go to the ER because she doesn't want to be judged for taking edibles.

- scoring medical grade opioids would require her to talk to a doctor in one way or another, and i think she's proven she's rather incapable of that, especially in her current state.
unless she's got some really old prescription she's got before on some occasion? i don't think that prescriptions for regulated painkillers are valid for that long, even in Canada. correct me if i'm wrong here though
- whatever opioid-like substance ejup boy could give her would more than likely be laced with fent and with her consumption style, she'd be dead by now if that was the case.
- most tellingly though, even during that last extreme slowmo edition live, her pupils weren't constricted. (complaining about feeling cold also seems kinda inconsistent with an opioid high).
i think she's simply moronic enough to eat her way through edibles to this state of wastedness. if anything, i'd suspect that Jafar had given her some xanax to shut her the fuck up and she got hooked on that, before wishing for an opioid wreck Chins saga

Not a doctor, but aren't mini-strokes indistinguishable from major strokes aside from duration? If Chins had a TIA on camera it should be obvious, but again, I'm not a trained professional. Any medfags in the thread willing to throw in their two cents?

Without sperging for a page and a half, yes, you're more or less correct. A TIA or "mini-stroke" is indistinguishable from a full blown stroke, except in duration. However, it can present differently depending on the part of the brain the clot is in, so it's hard to tell if she's having a tic or TIA without having her do a short run of stupid human tricks. (If you're really bored and curious, look up the Cincinnati stroke screen. It's a screener used by EMS to test for possible stroke symptoms.)

I'm 100% open to being wrong. But then WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING TO HER. Are we calling it a tic? And if that's what they are, they're happening more frequently and more noticeably.

EDA: sorry for the multiple posts in quick succession. I thought there would be more posts since my last one. Mods, feel free to delete.

Did Chantal ever mention the exact reason for her balding/receding hairline? Like a thyroid problem, a shift in hormones or an inflammatory condition maybe?
She has PCOS, a hormone disorder. One of the major symptoms is hair loss or premature alopecia androgenetica (male bald pattern, cause when she still had her ovary, it produced more testosterone than needed because of the Insulin resistance). Another symptom is her excess body & facial hair (hirutism), hence the "beard" that she has to shave regularly, and fat distribution mainly concentrates in her belly area. Insulin resistance, in her case she has fully developed diabetes can exacerbate these symptoms. Normally you have to avoid highly processed food stick with low GI food, fruits, avoid dairy at ALL CAUSE, and exercise, etc. I think her PCOS also causing the cyst and led to her hysterectomy.

Stuff like metformin can help to eliminate these symptoms and at the same time help with diabetes. But the silver bullet is lifestyle changes. Of course, Chin here cannot be bothered to take care of her own health. She doesn't want to take her metformin because of the side effects.

Reddit is actually speculating that Chantal has HIV.

Speculation but I think Chantal has been exposed to HIV

I’m going to preface this post by saying this is my own opinion, I don’t know Nader and I’m not trying to slander anyone. Having experience with a friend who is hiv+, I am concerned for Chantal.
There’s quite a few warning signs. One of the first ones is the illness she had a few weeks ago with the swelling of her throat. HIV has an incubation period of a few days to two weeks. Basically your body has a huge inflammation reaction and you feel like you have the flu. This clears up within a month without medication. You’ll still feel unwell though, with nausea and vomiting and swollen lymph nodes. After I think 6 months the antibodies are in your blood and you test positive.
I had this feeling when she first got sick but didn’t say anything because I just thought it was because I had seen someone go through it but after seeing the state of Nader I’m really really worried. He doesn’t look well, he’s so thin with huge veins, his teeth are rotten. He looks like someone who has an uncontrolled hiv infection.
I know Chantal doesn’t care about anything but I can’t understand how she’s not freaked out. I’m freaked out for her.

HIV is absolutely possible since she didn't use condoms. I'm still betting on cirrhosis of the liver though, or kidney failure. Also, I'm glad we were reminded this thread exists! I'd totally forgot. So I want to pose a question to everyone: Do we think this "weight loss" is her scale being broken, Chantal's incompetence using the scale, or a medical emergency? I'm honestly tending towards the third.

It is indeed male pattern baldness, or Alopecia Andogrenetica if you will. It’s caused by excess testosterone in the blood. Which figures, because Chantal also had a masculine fat distribution and hair growth on places where only men grow them. It’s indeed a hormonal issue and her being fat doesn’t make it better. To save her hair she’ll need some medication, but the hair she lost is gone forever.
Hasn’t she had a hysterectomy? Am I remembering this wrong? In which case, she would be on hormone replacement therapy. We know how she is about taking her meds so if she’s not taking her hormones, wouldn’t that cause hair loss? I might be completely off so someone please correct me if they know better.

Not necessarily - they’ll usually leave the ovaries to prevent early menopause and preserve bone health. However, she still has the issue of those ovaries being polycystic, pumping testosterone in her system and causing the male pattern of hair growth/loss and weight distribution.
And the way to fix it? Low carb eating. Go Chinny go! Get dem twisty misties!

She was losing her hair well before the surgery.

Her ovaries are gone, bro. The reason she had a hysterectomy in the first place was because her ovaries were so full of cysts, they were fusing to her bowels. She needed to lose weight to get the cysts removed, but instead she started a mukbang channel and lost everything. She ate her way out of having those babies she supposedly wanted with Bibi.

I'm making this post to correct misinformation and hopefully head off 10,000 pages of speculation on things that don't need to be speculated on. Please read the OP, check the highlights, read the medsperg thread, etc.

I think her NAFDL is progressing to cirrhosis. This cunt is so stupid. She is going to die of liver failure. No doctor in this world will approve her for a transplant.

I think Chantal has early onset Dementia. A recent preclinical study in mice indicated that liver inflammation caused by NAFLD may lead to an activation of microglial cells in the brain and may induce neuronal apoptosis, which results in signs of Alzheimer's disease .
Also the non-compliance with her CPAP machine.
Lack of oxygen during sleep interferes with memory formation, blood pressure regulation, and weight control. Untreated apnea is associated with increased risk for dementia, stroke or heart attack.
The lack of restraint with the picking, belching, sniffing, farting ,touching her fat deposits cross a line of behavior of socialization often displayed in Dementia patients. She exhibits all of the signs and symptoms of Frontotemporal Dementia. She is in serious trouble.

Frontotemporal Dementia

Neuropsychiatric Symptoms in FTD

Neuropsychiatric symptoms are common in dementias overall, but they are a true hallmark of bvFTD since they are inaugural and predominant throughout most of the disease, until the final loss of independence in activities of daily living. Since they usually precede the cognitive symptoms, failure to recognize the early stage of illness is the most troublesome aspect reported by carers [8]. Psychiatrists are often consulted first, and a third to a half of the patients receive a psychiatric diagnosis (e.g., depression, bipolar disorder, schizophreniform psychosis, depression with obsessive-compulsive feature, or alcohol dependence with hypomanic features), although “atypical” features are usually documented [911]. There is indeed a syndromic overlap between FTD and psychiatric disorders that may appear in late adulthood [12]. When dementia has become conspicuous and a neurodegenerative process is no longer in doubt, personality and behavioral changes can differentiate FTD from AD, even when described by a relative, years after the patient’s death [13]. I think I figured out Chinny's health problem, she's too fucking healthy! It's so obvious but I missed the signs.
For the past month Chinny's hands, and sometimes the sides of her face, appear slightly yellow. Now, when she's unfiltered her left front tooth is yellow, white when filtered. In this picture that tooth is white, which means the filters are on. Even with the filters on, some yellow is showing on the palm of her hand, her knuckle, and her upper cheek. Without the filter, I would guess that they are a lot more yellow which can mean only one thing....too much beta carotene (vitamin A) from either carrots or pumpkin! This would explain the unexpected weight loss too, she's eating so healthy the pounds are just melting away!

There are two other scenarios that could fit the symptoms, but I highly doubt it, as Fatso is far too healthy for either of these.

1) uncontrolled diabetes. "One of the common causes of yellow hands is diabetes. In your body, diabetes may cause fat to metabolized in an abnormal way. It may also cause your hormone and metabolism to function abnormally."

2) Jaundice from advanced fatty liver disease or from hepatitis via her meth head lover that she definitely isn't seeing anymore.

There is a third possibility, and that is my shitty phone is screwing up the colors, but that's too boring to consider. Nope, I'm sticking with too many veggies, it's the only explanation. Chinny is going to show us all, and she should, she knows we're all just jealous of her and her life as a piano toothed meth head's slam pig.
