Subbed? I thought the participant list shows who is logged on to their account. If there are 300 viewers and 15 participants, 285 are watching not logged into their youtube/google account

The participant list shows whoever types in the chat. The names disappear over time; I don't know if it's after a certain amount of time without typing or if they close the stream.

You're feeding a gambling addict who lied about his problem to the bankruptcy court to fraudulently discharge his debt to continue his addiction, that's is specifically what is wrong with giving him money.

This won't work. You can tell your bank that the goods/services were not delivered or were not as promised, but the merchant has a chance to respond and submit their own evidence. YT sends over a copy of the SuperChat/Membership TOS, your claim gets denied, and DSP keeps all the money. Claiming fraud is more likely to work, it's just monumentally stupid to take that kind of risk for cringeworthy troll attempts.

EDIT: Do not give money to DSP under any circumstances ever, you can troll him for free. Do not commit fraud to try to reclaim money you've foolishly given him.

I tend to agree with you that Youtube would have more sway than the attempted troll does in this dispute if that's where these are going, the simplest way is to not be a fraudster like the autist known as superhound in the first place. I see now "probably" seems like a description of the outcome of the proposed dispute process in my reply to you, however, I intended it as an adjective for the likelyhood of if it was successful where the financial loss in the chain of fund custody would end up laying. That was my mistake for not being clearer on my thought about the proposed dispute.
