I just realized:
She says they were mutuals who interacted at one point, but the account has zero tweets, not even ones that were deleted, or else it would say "_ tweets" up in the top left of the screencap of the profile.
Interestingly enough, the account was deleted too, not suspended. Not only is this strange, but it means we can't check to see if there were any likes.
In all fairness, she could have meant mutuals on another account, but it's still fishy.

I was going to see if she was in any drama back in February but this bitch posts hundreds of tweets a week and argues with people constantly.
