Math is an interesting subject but it's taught like shit since most teachers either don't give a fuck about actually trying to get people interested or straight up enjoy seeing people struggle to keep their rep as being masters of such a difficult subject.

I know cover is autistic with getting permissions, and I doubt they'll update the server quickly (if at all), but what would keep one of them from streaming a single player world in the new update?

Didn't it take them nearly a year after the 1.16 update came out to actually patch the Holoserver due to Pekora wanted to try the new stuff out and to fix a couple of bugs at the same time. Suppose this is one of the benefits HoloEN being on Realms that they get them updates pretty dam quickly. Although I know Ame said one day she would create an official proper EN Minecraft server.

Well beds of that calibre must be as good as they say, not that I would even remotely know having the cheapest one as they come. But the 9k bed got Watame certification and she is one of the comfiest things around.

A part of me thinks it probably isn't worth it for them to update since only UsaKen playsbMinecraft on a consistent basis but I am reminded that this is also the same company that forgot to pay for EN's server

You'll have to forgive me since I only joined the train last September but I was under the assumption that up until 2020, Holo was rather niche which is why some of the talents were allowed to get away with some somewhat risque stuff.
Then after the Taiwan incident and in the wake of the En Branch boom things started to get slightly more restrictive.

Matsuri has often clashed with management due to her own brand of vulgar humor, but after Generation 2's rather rowdy cast they gave up and let the girls do more as they pleased. It took the Capcom Holocaust (of which many videos are still being reviewed for copyright up this day) and the Chinese bot spam for Cover to become doubly careful and twitchy with everything. The fact that EN has been allowed to start approaching groups like Vshojo and VOMS tells me that they are slowly putting their feelers out again.

I’m going to tell you two right now that reporting him does not work. I have a chrome extension to sort Vtubers by primary language, music channels, regular youtubers etc by organizing them into lists. That channel has existed in my doxxfag list for nearly 6 months, now, with none of the videos getting taken down.

The problem is that Cover can't really copyright strike him since at most he only shows a few pictures of the actual vtuber avatar. So any kind of punishment would have to come from Youtube.

If you guys remember Sargon vs Akhila (I think that was it) then it's apparent why the girls themselves cannot copyright. We've already mentioned how cover cannot intervene since the avatars are involve (and there nothing illegal about showing publicly available clips)

The people who'd have to do the strike would be the girls themeselves but then, if the dude decides to fight the complaint, they'd have to settle it in copyright court, and then the gremlin would necessarily get the FULL dox (name, DOB, etc) of the person with the legal dispute against, which he can easily leak to the web.

We also don't know where the dude is based, so the legal battle is a mystery, but if it's America, it can easily be claimed that the act of showing a the clips were transformative and "journalistic", and that it is not illegal to show who some internet personality is (and I think he'd be right).

Most of all, I think the girls actually benefit from the publicity he gives them, even if he's an asshole who goes against the spirit of the Idol Vtubing. And to fight him would be too much of a hassle and too risky.
