It is only very recently that perving on literal schoolgirls has become taboo (check out the video for Baby One More Time, which was one of the biggest songs of the era) and if a celebrity had a sex tape or nudes stolen and released back then it wasn't condemned, you were expected to think it was normal and even watch it yourself. Another example would be the movie American Pie (which was a normal teen movie at the time, I even remember it being called feminist) where the main character accidentally livestreams himself having sex with an exchange student, and she is then condemned for it and sent back to her home country and the movie treasts this as a joke.

The reason girls didn't become FtM back then was because it was not popular or well-known enough for anyone to grasp as an option, so it couldn't become a social contagion. Girls just got depressed or starved themselves instead.
Given that many feminists spent literal decades pushing back against this stuff only for online zoomers to blame feminism for it, I don't think you can criticize those same feminists for being downers. Downerism is an understandable attitude at that point.

As someone who's spent a lot of time with kids outside of disgusting AGP pedo fantasies - this likely didn't happen. It reads like a middle aged, borderline pedo coomer's idea of what small children sound like, not an actual 4 year old. Of course, whether this really happened or it's a fantasy - much the same questions are raised about the OP, TBH

That's because it's a pedophile fantasy of how a child behaves, not a credible description of a real child's behaviour. They want to believe children are fixated on their genitals, because they want to fabricate the child's consent to molestation.
