But be prepared for him to absolutely rip into them into how these auto renewal schemes are just shady manipulative money hungry tactics designed to exploit the uninformed and gullible (ironic) consumer in his pre-stream rant and he'll lay down the law and set it straight that Twitch have once again royally fucked with his livelihood.

Phil will spend his money like a child in a candy store; ordering food, shit off amazon or wwe gatcha. But the thought of someone getting the smallest peice of what Phil thinks is rightfully his crosses the line in his head that he's been cheated because he still operates on a level of childish greed and petulance.

I thought the dead chat was the result of him putting his chat in “sub mode”, where you can only talk if you pay to be a member. I also thought you only show up on the participants list if you type in chat not sure if it carries over from stream to stream.

Haven’t really been watching recently but does anyone know if he or his mods bans a member it removes them from the participants list?

Yes, you show up in participants only if you type something in chat and you also go away if you don't type something again in a certain timeframe (not 100% sure on that but I think it's half an hour). And yes, banning people from streamchat is always a shadowban and it takes the shadowbanned account out of the participants list immediately, that's how you can tell if you got shadowbanned, type something, refresh the page and then check if your account shows up under participants.

Did you really expect anything else from this lazy slob?

Almost 40 years old and wants everything spoon feed to him (sometimes literally by his mahm), doesn't know what a rainy day fund is, doesnt even know how to organise his own taxes, despite being a "muhture adult with a business degree", doesnt know how to eat noodles properly, the list goes on.

Heck we could all right agglomerate an entire 400+ page biography on this nundick and just how stoohpid and ignorant he has been throughout his entire life.

Probably because Phil can't read for shit. His eyesight is bad (doesn't he need glasses to drive? I might be remembering that wrong). If he even read those terms of service at all. I mean why did he got kicked out of the Twitch partnership (hey it's been nearly two months now and Phil still hasn't got his demanded apology) because of hateful slurs. I bet this idiot didn't read the updated Partner ToS that made a huge wave this year. He is that stupid. He woulkd probably stumble over the 14 day trial period of PS Plus. When I tried those it was clearly stated that "If you don't cancel it before end it will automatically switch to auto-sub and you have to pay". No wonder he was such a wreck when Leanna left him.

And if his ability to notice $5 missing isn't proof of how much Phil's problem is priority just as much as it is stupidity, I don't know what would. He apparently failed to see that Leanna was still on his phone plan for quite some time, I guess that wasn't costing him money, or he just couldn't be bothered because he just couldn't.

But he definitely has more ability to pay attention than he typically displays, that much is clear. He isn't wasteful from being stupid enough to not ever pick up on ANYTHING, he's wasteful because he's stupid enough to ignore things that he shouldn't.

Why am I more annoyed at this than anything else dsp has done recently?

And I get it, its a combination of him wanting to be able to remove the unrecorded segments, have multiple parts for ad revenue and also still be able to cry about how much hard work he puts into uploading videos but he just looks like an absolute retarrrrr deleting and reuploading the same stream like this, its just so pointless and a waste of time.

It's honestly remarkable how someone can get away with "running a business" without wanting or knowing how to improve it, how to maintain his equipment, how to do market research, how to calculate expenses etc. for over 12 years. Anyone else would be ran out of business and in the poor house, or would close their company and switch to working for someone else or whatever other alternate scenario, yet somehow the pigroach barely hangs on.

I'm reminded of a recent Ask the Pig where he claimed that he can't do a PC setup because he doesn't know how and because those big asshole streamers don't want any competition so they gatekeep it by not telling people what their PC streaming setup is. First of all, imagine being an ahnline khantent creator for over a decade and not knowing how to make a streaming setup, second of all, imagine not knowing how to look up on the internet how to make a streaming setup. Third of all, that's just a blatant fucking lie. You can type in "my streaming setup" into Youtube search and you get thousands of results. In the first 10 results I got, Phil's archnemesis Ninja the Muppet, Exploiter of Children, Braless Wife Haver made a video showing off his setup. Not only that, but from the results I saw there's 2 videos from Linus, one where he shows off his own streaming setup and one where he makes a guide on how to build the best streaming setup you can on a tight budget. In other results I got there weren't just people who just showed off their setups, there were also videos where people show what kind of fuckery you can do with OBS settings to get the most out of your shitty mic and/or webcam and improve your video and audio quality dramatically.

It's really remarkable just how lazy, entitled and stupid one man can be.
