You know I hadn't thought about this before but I think you're right. If he were eating food like a normal person than that combined with all of the alcohol he drinks (and we know he drinks a lot) would make him fat as shit, and while he is flabby he isn't terribly overweight. He's likely malnourished due to not eating.

I wonder if he will live long enough to develop wet brain.

I think he eats. Just not much. He used to be fatter I think around RV6. The constant liquor/beer is whats giving him the liquid shits. The meth is killing his appetite. And I doubt he's had any decent sleep in weeks if not months.

I dont know when that was. If anything his meth intake has multiplied. He did some on rv6, but he was no where near as tweaked out and reckless as he is now. Shit he was more balanced then most of the rest of them at the time. Almost 'innocent'. I dont recall him really pressing anyone or starting shit on rv6 that often.
