These guys have been doing Sunday podcasts for a while and have a Wednesday show they call "The Sidebar" in which they interview various internet/Canadian/legal personalities. But maybe now is a good time to give them their own topic. I searched and it didn't seem like they had one. You've got David Freiheit (a Canadian litigator turned Youtuber who is also planning on running for MP in Quebec at the time of this posting) and Robert Barnes (an American tax attorney that has made a name representing celebrities and Null) that meet twice a week to discuss the general legal discourse in The United States and Canada. The main reason that I bring these two and their podcast up is that they've got a pretty big series of interviews incoming.

Within the next couple weeks they plan to hold an interview with James O'Keefe of Project Veritas fame concerning his lawsuits against CNN, Twitter and the New York Times over what he claims as defamation. With some success pertaining to the New York Times; he is only a court-win away from discovery against the organization. And a second interview within the next month is one with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who has been allegedly-slandered by the New York Times as anti-vax and who is currently suing the organization for libelous behavior in relation to his desire to protect the public's liberties.

Whether they are right, wrong, or left it is worth checking them out. They offer reasonably informative interviews at their YouTube channel and there is a lot of good discussion involved. As of the time of this posting, the James O'Keefe interview occurs in about 42 hours. Give it a listen if you're interested. These guys bring up good topics.

Viva is sometimes a bit of a Canadian stereotype, just a bit to deferential and unwilling to speak the plain truth. Still, a sharp guy with some charm that does seem to care about the basic principles of freedom and liberty. He's a good commentator. He works well with Barnes because he balances out the much more assertive and pugnacious nature of that cigar chomping chad. Viva also keeps him from rambling too much.

Ironically I found Viva from his video calling out Legal Eagle's ridiculous defense of Captain Marvel. Fuck Legal Eagle, he is a shill mouthpiece that adopts the veneer of legal expertise to parrot NPC party propaganda. The many flaws in his 'arguments' are obvious to a layman, and the tone of his videos is disgustingly pretentious.

His only reason for living is to give his fellow NPCs a 'kewl legal expert' to reinforce the programming.

Yeah I got that impression too from Viva. He's way too tame and milquetoast for being a lawyer but obviously more genuine and open to criticisms than the hack Legal Eagle.

I listened to a "What are the Odds" due to a lack of content at work a couple weeks back. There as a hour and fifteen minute segment where People's Pundit and Barnes tried to out argue each other over how heckin' valid and justified Isreal is. I'd totally believe he had a shit show debate about Israel with a tree given how bad it was listening to someone agree with him about it.

I tuned in for the tail end, and I didn't really hear any compelling arguments from either side. To me it seemed like both presented their positions and defended them well enough, but neither really managed to invalidate the other's. Unless I missed something important in the first half, it was largely a non-event. And it kind of struck me as stupid for Barnes to make a big show of not impugning Fuentes's name to his face only to block him and start shit-talking on social media immediately thereafter. As much of an e-celeb as Fuentes may be, I lost some respect for Barnes after that particular bitch move.

I seem to recall that Viva used to work in some line that wasn't anywhere near as confrontational as what Barnes does for a living but fuck if I can recall off the cuff what it was. Viva himself more or less agreed with Alan Dershowitz that he doesn't have the personality to really play hard ball in court.

Good on him that he's sticking to his proverbial guns. He's said that before he considered leaving Canada, he was going to run for office, and if that failed he'd have a sit down with the family and potentially start making plans to de-ass Leafland.
